SCAM!! Steer clear...

SCAM!!! Ordered a silk Kimono set... received Polyester.. Contacted their support - they told me they would solve the issue - asked me to send pictures... I did - twice... but no further response from them. Stay away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere...

Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company!! It’s a total scam!! I ordered a scarf for my wife for around 50 Euros.
A week later a recieve a notification in my post app saying I have an incoming item from AliExpress and when it arrived it turned out to be my StudioSoie scarf which they also agreed that it was.
The same scarf costs 3 euros an AliExpress!!

So stay as far away as you can from these scammers!!!

Nous prenons ces accusations très au sérieux mais nous ne trouvons aucune commande ni aucun client au nom de 'Fredrik Moser' dans notre base de données.

Nous sommes une entreprise française et nos produits en soie sont expédiés avec soin, pas via des plateformes tierces comme AliExpress. Il semble y avoir une confusion avec un autre site ou une erreur.

Si vous êtes réellement client, merci de nous fournir votre numéro de commande à contact @ studiosoie .fr afin que nous puissions vérifier. Dans le cas contraire, nous serons contraints de signaler cet avis comme faux à Trustpilot.

Scammers, sell 100% Polyester made in China but claim on the website it's silk. I paid 100 Euros for Polyester!

Update: Order came 23 days later, and it is 100% polyester made in China. This vendor is scam, do NOT fall for it like I did.

Update: almost one month later, still nothing!

It’s been 8 days since I ordered and there is absolutely no update on my order ever since. They don’t respond to the chat, emails, instagram messages. I don‘t know how I am going to get my money back now.
If you don’t want to flush your money down the toilet, don’t order here.
PS another customer on Insta shared that they haven’t replied to her for 1,5 months - still no order, no money, and absolute silence from the vendor.

I guess I have to make another review for them to answer any of my emails about the refund. I have sent them over 20 emails about the return of a single product. If thats the case for all the customers with a single product of yours, I can not imagine what is going to happen if they order multiple too. Lets hope they see this and answer. Imagine having to do that.... shame

Studio Soie sent me a damaged scarf and…

Studio Soie sent me a damaged scarf and lots of unwanted gifts with it such as a pillow case and scrunchy?! which I did not need. I wanted a good undamaged scarf. To be able to change it I would have to send it back at my own expense. So it would mean I pay for their mistake! Not worth the hassle if they do not take care of the customer. I suggest you buy elsewhere.
