A big scammer

I am rating this website 4 out of 5 stars. The content and available documents are really good, especially when I find notes and study materials for ESO and Bachillerato. They are very useful and well prepared, and they help a lot when studying or reviewing topics.

However, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still not fully familiar with how the folders are organized. Sometimes I find it difficult to locate the specific topic I need, and it takes me some time to find the right material.

Apart from that, the platform is great and very helpful. Once I get used to the organization, it will probably deserve 5 stars.

everything runs so smoothly

Good morning. I have uploaded several documents, but I was not given the option to download the specific document I am interested in. In fact, this is an issue that has been occurring for some time now; I have even uploaded as many as five documents of my own authorship, yet I still have not been granted access to the documents I wish to read and download.

Studocu, I would give you a billion stars if I could.

Definitely unhappy with them. I forgot that I used one of my emails for the free trial over 2 years ago and they still offered the free trial so of course I clicked the button, again forgetting that my email was already used as I use two emails for different things. Next thing I know I’m charged over $80. I immediately request a refund and all I’ve gotten is delayed emails telling me they will only adjust it to a quarterly subscription and refund me half of it but not the full refund. I don’t need to be told that the page said this or that. It was purposely shown a free trial and then purposely shown at the top $6 a month so I thought a monthly subscription after the free trial, nope. It was the annual and frankly I don’t need the annual subscription! They have forced me into a corner of accepting half of what I paid which unfortunately I had to accept at this point because I “used” a benefit to it, because I figured I might as well since they took my money, so now they can’t fully refund me due to “usage” not that I think they would’ve anyways. I will never be using this again after this subscription period is over and frankly won’t recommend it. Not to mention whatever I paid for is not even worth that much money! I really needed that money and frankly this is absolutely ridiculous!
