This is an online assistance website with excellent reviews from students. The experience from tutors however is hellish. While 50% fees of the hard earned money by tutors is understandable -the tutor consents to it anyway - holding this money for months after a tutor has made a withdrawal request is mind boggling. Tutors wait for 45 days first after their money is paid by the students. Unfortunately, once a tutor initiates withdrawal of money from the website, it remains as 'Requested' on the withdrawal status for eternity. I have tried to review other tutors experiences, and they are the same as mine. The company's response on this platform on the matter is for us to read 'FAQs' and Terms and Conditions. These do not address the issue anywhere. Studaydaddy.com can post their evidence that they have this explicitly addressed. After a month of daily emails asking for clarity about their policy, I have not gotten a single response. Note, when an assignment is late, they are very quick to send an email. So this is not an issue of capacity.
I would like to ask if other tutors have received any payments from them and if so, after how long. I trust the company can also respond. For students, kindly understand that your payment never reaches your tutors. ..
As of writing this, it is in April 2026. I made my request early January and I have been contacting the support team ever since. Never have I ever received either the payment or any response from them. Please tutors who have been paid by them, what did you do to get your money.

After having about 200 or so enquiries without a response between Jan and April 2026, the studydaddy team blocked my account. I wanted them to block it of course coz it is of no help working for cons. But that didn't surprise me at all. I was surprised by the fact that they told me clearly they wouldn't send me my money: Here is their wording:

Your earned amount will be deducted due to infraction of regulations.

So as you can see, they clearly say 'YOUR EARNED AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED DUE TO INFRACTION OF REGULATIONS. Can you all imagine that? No mention of which regulations. And they had not remitted my money for months waiting for a chance to simply state this? If anyone tries this site, u r doomed!!!!!!!

I have worked for Studydaddy since late last year, completing my first order on september 01 2025. I went on to complete over 30 orders by November 24. I requested my first withdrawal on October 15 2025. Till date, January 20, 2026. That transaction is still pending. I stopped bidding since When I ask about the funds I was informed I was not included in the payment cycle, which is stated nowhere in the terms of use. I followed up a couple of times and the support stopped responding. On January 7, 2026, I requested another withdrawal since all the funds I had earned upto the point when I stopped bidding were in the account for over 3 months. I wrote an email to the team 12 days ago and their response was "Thank you for your message!

Your support assistant has received your request and will address it as soon as possible.

Please note that our support team processes multiple inquiries from StudyDaddy users daily, so it may take some time to review your request.

If you URGENTLY need to share files, we recommend using the free MediaFire service:

Obviously this is an auto-generated message and their support does not bother with their tutors. I am annoyed by this as I had earned over $300 during my short stint working for them. They no longer respond to my tickets.

I worked actively on the StuddyDay platform for over two months, consistently completing assigned tasks and maintaining good performance. However, my account was unexpectedly closed by StuddyDay without any stated violation or prior warning. In addition, the platform retained my earned funds despite my compliance with all their rules and guidelines. The Platform is nothing but a scam.

All tutors should avoid StudyDaddy.com, in my opinion. I signed up for their platform to assist pupils with their programming and computer science homework. I waited the necessary 45 days for the money to be available for withdrawal after doing several assignments and receiving good feedback from the students.

I made a payout request on May 7, 2025. It was supposed to arrive by the end of May or the beginning of June, but it never did. I was advised to wait until the end of June when I followed up. No payment as of yet.

When I requested my legitimate earnings or a set payment date, they suspended my account without being truthful or providing me with a clear schedule.

If a tutor is unable to finish a task, they promptly reimburse pupils; but, when it comes time to pay tutors who have already completed the work, they make excuses and delay payment for months.

Don't waste your time and energy on this platform if you are a tutor. They attempt to keep the remaining 50% of each solution for themselves after taking 50% of the commission.

This isn't a miscommunication. It's a methodical approach to exploitation.

After working at Studydaddy.com for the past one and half years, I can say the website is full of scammers who find all ways possible to steal your money. They have refused to pay my money for the past 8 months and upon inquiring when the payment will be released, they always state my money will be sent in future. The question to their support led by Aaron is “When are planning to scam exit?”

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their policy on the website claims that they pay tutors within 10 days, which is a lie. Tutors earnings are witheld for 45 days, after which it probably requires divine intervention to be paid. Once a withdrawal request is made, it can take over a month to receive the money in one's paypal account with all manner of excuses given for the delay. All this even when they deduct a massive 50% commission on tutor's earnings alongside the withdrawal charges. They sent my money then Paypal reversed to their account, Serena Hollwel has been giving me excuses that the money was sent again toy account but has no proof of it. I sent them a screenshot of the only payment that was made to my account and later refunded but have not gotten any response from them. It's been now months since i requested for payment.

I implore Studydaddy to address these payment issues promptly and to improve their communication with their writers. Fair treatment of freelance workers is essential for fostering a positive and productive working relationship.

My mate told me about this website. He used the service a few times and recommended it to me when I had troubles with my homework. Overall, I had a good experience and was impressed by the quality for the price. I was surprised it wasn’t expensive. LOL! I Initially thought it would be costly. In a nutshell, I’m glad with the final result and how much money I spent.

Using the studydaddy service was the simplest thing I've ever done. Initially, I had reservations about paying an anonymous writer and entrusting my tasks to him. I wasn't certain about the potential for fraud or the legality of the website. I'm happy that my concerns were in vain! There I met a highly professional tutor who comprehended all of my instructions. He provided accurate and detailed work that exceeded all of my expectations. I must admit that the website's only drawback is an issue with attachments, which made it impossible for me to upload documents with the necessary requirements directly under my question. Nevertheless, their support assisted me in delivering my files to the tutor, leaving me completely satisfied.
In conclusion, I'm thoroughly pleased my positive experience on studydaddy. Great job!

Would studydaddy be a scam? I have worked on the website in the last three months without receiving a penny. I contacted the website administrators, but they were not sure whether my funds were to be sent. The website is also working slowly, which is malicious. Could these guys be trying to run with the funds? Kindy advise.
