As a teacher, your students can only access one set of flash cards and then they have to pay for their own subscription. This company is trying to bleed $100 out of educators for zero purposes!

The link you provided in your response says nothing new. You say you respect what teachers do but try to scam us out of money. Either refund my money or allow students to use my flash cards.... it is not that hard!!!!!!!

I’m a nursing student and absolutely loved the Tutor Me feature — I relied on it heavily to get through my studies. It’s one of the best learning tools I’ve found.

Unfortunately, their billing system and customer support are a nightmare. I paid $141 for the annual plan, and shortly after, I was locked out of the Tutor Me feature with no warning. I was told I now had to pay an extra $30 to continue using it — but when I tried, the payment page was blank and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. Once that was finally fixed, I paid the $30, only to be blocked again — this time from uploading any more materials, even though my premium plan includes unlimited uploads.

As for support, they gave slow, copy-paste replies and never resolved anything. Out of desperation, I even tried a second account and paid again — and still couldn’t access what I needed.

In total, I’ve spent over $200 on a broken system with no accountability. The feature is great, but the company behind it failed me completely — and at a very critical time in my semester, right before my exams.

This kind of conversational AI tutoring is the future, and it’s only a matter of time before better platforms start doing it right. When they do, I’ll gladly take my business to a more professional, transparent, and well-run company that actually values its users.

I love this AI. Don't try to get it to give too many multiple choice questions. It gets confused. The quiz function is better than the test function. Did a great job at preparing me with good flashcards and audio.

Studyfetch def helped with my Financial accounting exam. I was able to score higher than my last exam!
There are some little bugs however using the mobile app, but overall the experience has been amazing!

I had bought their service in Feb25 for one month for which payment of 18€ was made. However, Studyfetch has treated my one time purchase as a subscription and claimed money again in March. I have requested them to return the money that was pulled from my account in March.
Hope Studyfetch refunds my money and stops any further claims.

it is such a useful platform to study with and prepare for exams, nevertheless it often don't load or breaksdown, there are some bucks but if you find solution, it will be the best platform.

worse app and platform, poor customer care, they refuse to give u refunds, u keep sending emails but they do not reply, save ur self and money and look for better and free alternatives.

StudyFetch helps me revise using resources like Flashcard. It can give me live lectures that are usfull.
It is helpful quick and really trustworthy. I am Very great full that i now have this new studying method to help me revise for exams

Bugs everywhere - which make this program senseless

I already paid $50 in two months - I started using it normally a week ago, at first it looks like a useful platform, but when you can't add a flash card for 15 minutes, because it just doesn't save, or it stores a couple of letters... and you write it all manually again... and again it doesn't start,

For money I mentioned because I think that in two months (at least that I subscribed to them) - it was possible to allocate some resources to fix bugs, if you do not have a normal coder, then take it on a freelance, but no - they spend this money probably on advertising, to sneed people - ineffective service.

Notes also makes a curve - like they're using the GPT version from 2022...

This app is so helpful!! I increase my grades by 7 points. Spark is just amazing, all the functionalities work so well for me. I'm in love.
