Accidentally forgot to put my house…
Accidentally forgot to put my house number on the order so unfortunately the order was returned. Customer service was great and resent order out with no quibble. Plants are great - very happy!

Love my houseplants
I've had two deliveries from here now and I absolutely love my plants. They came in prefect condition. I'm quite new to houseplants but I just use Google to look up care instructions and they have guidance on their website too. Will definitely use again.

I bought a Love Heart Plant Hoya Kerrii…
I bought a Love Heart Plant Hoya Kerrii Double Heart in a planter for Valentine's Day. No care instructions enclosed so I gave it some water because the soil was very dry. After just a few weeks the front plant drooped and died.
UPDATE:
26/5/22 The second is dying. WASTE OF MONEY
SECOND UPDATE;
A reply five months later does not fill me with confidence. I have not had a problem like this with other plants purchased online.

I am sorry for the delayed reply but I only registered with Trustpilot today as we were not using it as a review platform and I came across the reviews whilst searching another site. I had to officially ‘claim’ the business and register. We try to respond to all emails within one working day. I am sorry you feel negative about your experience with us but I can assure you had you contacted us at the time we would have rectified the issue.
Lovely ceramic planters from a lovely company
We ordered 4 lovely little textured ceramic planters for our indoor succulents from Stupid Egg. When we got them they turned out to be too small for the flower pots our plants were in. One phone-call to a friendly and helpful member of staff and 4 replacements were posted, at no extra charge. What a lovely company to deal with!
