The colour and style of the bras that I had chosen is a beautiful dusty blue colour. The sizing wasn’t quite right for me but despite that, I’m willing to try again with a smaller size. I had a recent breast reduction and this is my first pretty bra since then. I’ll be purchasing more undergarments from Montreal Style.

I would give them a total zero. After waiting a month to receive the order it was so misrepresented for sizing that there was no way it was going to work. I emailed to ask about a return and was told that I had to send the product back to an address in China - not Montreal - in order to get a refund. The alternative was a refund of 10%. After a little fuming I agreed to the 10% but no credit was processed. So I decided that I would send it back to China, and posted it - at my own cost. I heard back from them today - seeing as it had taken 31 days for me to mail it, instead of 30, they would not honour my refund request. So now I am out the original purchase price - out the postage to China - and out the product - which was not very good to begin with. DO NOT BUY!

When I received my order, I was really disappointed with the sizing. I ordered a large based on the sizing chart, but the items I received fit more like a small. However, after reaching out to customer service, they were very helpful and quickly offered to send me the correct size at no charge — and I didn’t even have to return the original items. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and will update my review once I receive my replacement order.

I ordered a set of the Comfy Bras which are just that! Very cosy and smooth. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and was not able to return as I was past the 30 day mark. When I contacted Support-Style, they were kind enough to send me one bra of the right size for me to try. Excellent customer service. Thank you Style-Montreal.

Fantastic customer service. My original item was delayed or lost in transit but the response was fast and professional. A replacement was sent right away without questions asked! Communication was excellent and the coat is great quality. Thank you style Montreal for getting customer service 100% right!

Very nice bras. Soft and comfortable. Nice fabric and well made. I did have an issue with sizing: be sure to size up. But the issue was quickly and well resolved. Great customer service.

Bought 4 Comfybras. Fast delivery and great fit, look great under clothes. Definitely getting more in different colours!

NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY!!! I ordered a mens extra large shirt it arrived in about a week but I tried it on it was more like a medium way too small, notified customer service they sent me the return form stating I need to send it to China at a cost of $72.00 when I only paid $65.00 needless to say I won’t return it !!

The two bras I bought didn't match the size chart:
they fit smaller than expected, so too tight for comfort. But the material is quite comfortable and I am looking forward to see how the larger size they accepted to send me - at no charge - and that I will be anxiously waiting for will fit. The delivery time was very reasonable and I can't complain about the customer service: it was quick and excellent!

My best advice is be very, very careful when ordering from this company. If you can afford to lose your money then feel free to go ahead and order, if not don't.

Worst bra’s ever, no support, picked loose threads off both bra’s, stitching done by amature, when you raise your arms cups rise up, flimsy material and the support in cups is a thin piece of white foam with a gray material cover. Thrust me you can get a better supporting bra and a better fit at Walmart. Also they are made and shipped from China. A money grab for the Canadian store front. Read the previous negative reviews, there are many and do not buy. Will be giving mine to goodwill

Bought 2 bras they shipped from China and when I received them they were the wrong size so couldn't even try them on. First they said you have to pay $18 to return, then i got a second email stating policy says no returns on bras.
The product was very cheap and both items did not have any lables on them to even indicate sizing.

My package arrived 2 weeks after I placed my order, right to my doorstep.
The bras I ordered are lovely. Great colours and well-made. Love no under-wire!
I would recommend up-sizing, as the items tend to fit small.
Plan to browse the store for more shopping.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 bras they advertised on FB just because their website clearly stated a 30-day money back guarantee for any reason. The delivery took forever, and they sent me 2 small size bras, although I ordered XL. They don't have a phone number or email address, so I had to contact them through their website, and asked for my money back, but they refused. They also refused to give me an address or phone number, saying they don't have a physical store. I made a research and it looks like the stuff is made in China and people complain about the poor quality, too.

If I could give no stars it would be exactly how i describe this company. It’s a scam. The costs don’t fit. The sizing is completely wrong. They know you eont return it Bach to China because it will be more expensive then losing your money. What ever you do, don’t do business with China.

I ordered 2 bras and they were very poor quality and didn’t even have a size on them. Tried to return and they refused despite on my order it stating 30 day money back guarantee. I have the picture of the order where it explicitly states a money back guarantee
Do not fall for this scamming company. Their clothes are not Canadian despite claiming Montreal company.

The bras are half the size you would expect them to be. I ordered three extra large and they’re tiny in spite of the fact that they announce a return policy, they are refusing to retake the bras and refund my money. In fact they offered to send me more for more money. The quality is also very bad although I haven’t looked very closely because by holding them up, I could see they wouldn’t fit on my ear on my chest. They have a size chart according to the size chart they should fit me. They have a return policy on which they haven’t said bras are not returnable. They should return them. It’s theft… $54 theft.

Sorry there is not an option for zero stars.
Five weeks later the bras arrived from CHINA. Stupid me bought them because the company pretended to be Canadian (bet the 2 blonde ladies in the pic are AI generated and not in Montreal, never mind Canada).
The bras are flimsy, and way too big.
No refund option “Sorry, but if you send us $19 more per bra, we’ll try again.” Not happening… Once bitten…
I’m putting these useless things into the donation bin - I will add a note of caution.
Wish I’d read reviews before I bought - hope you are smarter than I was. Stay away. RUN!!!!!

When I received my order I was really disappointed in the sizing. I ordered a L which was the correct sizing chart but received the items which would be considered a small. But after reaching out to customer service they were willing to correct the problem by sending me a different size at no charge and I didn’t have to return the original purchase. I will update my revue once I receive my new order.
