I saw an advert of a cosmetics product and wanted to find out the price of it, so I had to go through the process of buying, but I didn't give my card details and never confirmed my purchase. Nevertheless, I received a confirmation e-mail with the price of the goods, delivery charge and invoice charge!!! I sent an e-mail back stating that I didn't buy anything and asking to cancel my purchase. A few minutes later I received an e-mail confirming cancellation of the "purchase". So my experience with StyleLux is 50% negative and 50% positive thanks to the real person rather than automated reply. Thank you, Antonio C for resolving the company's issue.

My error!

I made an error with an order I placed with Stylelux, so I emailed them and within a few minutes they got back to me and corrected it.

I have recently had to confirm that i had not ordered an item, the person that i dealt with was polite and very efficient. the matter was cleared up very quickly. I would definitely use this company in the future

Someone else placed an order

Ok not sure who someone else placed an order I just noticed order confirmed email and I emailed to cancel the company had a rapid response and cancelled it promptly it's odd because I've read other reviews where people say they don't reply maybe I got lucky haha

The customer service satisfied my request right away!

I was going to order this product but found it too expensive for my budget. Unfortunately my order went through even though I had not entered my credit card number. I contacted them right away and CS dept cancelled my order before it was completed. This saved me a lot of worry so I believe they are sincere in dealing with customers or potential customers.

Fabulous customer service

I was going to purchase something from Luxstyle and then before getting to the payment option I realised I couldn't actually afford to buy anything right now. I received an email saying my item was going to be shipped, and I would be charged extra for the invoice. I emailed them letting them know not to send the item as I didn't go through with the order and couldn't afford to purchase anything. They responded very quickly and cancelled the order. I was very pleased. I would be happy to now buy something from them in the future :)

Great to deal with & gave a quick solution

I accidentally purchased one of their products thinking it was something else I was after. I realised within an hour of doing it. So I contacted them straight away to explain . They replied straight away and ended up refunding my money within a few hours. That's what I call great customer service. A refreshing change in this world

I definitely would recommend doing business with them

I emailed re an email received and their response was very quick and helpful 🙂 Was concerned as had seen negative reviews re this company but not my experience so far .
