I purchased a pare of shoe

I purchased a pare of shoe. It is delivered normally but I didn’t get a shipping email. I asked to customer service about the shipping email but their answer was late. This site is not bad but customer service is bad I think.

Birthday Shoes

I placed my order on 15th Jan (R438722590) to get it before my birthday (19th) with express shipping, but until now my package is still not shipped. I also emailed to ask about my order status three times but they said something about a fraud check and I still didn’t receive any reply nor update. I feel very helpless just as another customer who faced the same situation , what can I do now? its the 23th. :(

desperate slow shipping & no after service

Everything seemed ok on this site. But it isn’t.

Everything seemed ok at purchase. but everything subsequent to purchase has been a disaster. Here’s where we stand:

1. Charged for all 3 items although only one item shipped. Took over 10 days to process order and customer service was not responsive after multiple inquiries.

2. Confirmation of shipping. Only one item has shipped. Invoice shows total amount of items. Still no idea if those items are coming and whether I will be refunded the balance.

3. DHL notification of item shipment. Seemed great until a few days later I got a $280 bill for duty - even though the website faq clearly states duties are exempt for purchases made from certain countries. (USA was included in the list)

4. Called # on site. No answer.

Not sending a return label

I bought a pair of CL Combat boots that were too small. I asked for a return label and still have not received one. Someone named Hanna keeps emailing me back, saying that someone will get back to me, but no one has sent me a label yet. A return label should be sent in a response email.

I would give 0 star if I have the option

I would give 0 star if I have the option. I purchased a ski jacket and pants from the site and the site. The site promised everything is included in the final price and they will pay for the import duties payment. However, dhl informed me that my items are on hold and I need to pay a few hundred dollars more as import duty payment. I tried to reach out the site with email and phone several times but no customer service is available at all. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT A UNPLEASANT PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

Awful - I submitted a request for a return almost 5 days ago and no one has responded. I've sent follow up emails and left voicemails - with again no response. They have a narrow return window - but have not gotten back to me so I cannot return the item at this point. I would absolutely not order from them again and will have to file a claim with my credit card if they do not respond.

I saw the response below - I do not have any responses in my junk folder. And I still do not have a "review note" in my order on the website - which confirms no one has responded or at least acted on my request for a return. Do you have a phone number I can call for a live person - or an email address that someone actually responds to?

In response to the latest response below: I have sent multiple emails to that address - and received no responses. I have called the customer service number and left several voicemails - no one has returned my calls. And I still do not have a "return note" added to my order in your website which means that I cannot return the item. My order number is #R298490211 and my return request number is #RA972785016. I need someone to respond to me with a "return note" on my account and I need an extension to your 14-day return window as I have now been waiting for a response to my return request for 6 days. I'm not sure why you are telling people to email the address you provided as no one responds to emails sent to that address.
