I ordered shoes and they were much…

I ordered shoes and they were much bigger than the ones I bought on Farfetch that were actually a bigger size. I tried to return within 2 days and they sent me a message that I would receive return instructions shortly. 4 messages 4 days later & a dispute filed with PayPal, they wrote and said they had not received a message from me. Then they proceeded to tell me the item was final sale. The item was full price and had not been marked final sale when I purchased it. (New season MM6 shoes) However, when I looked at the website 2 weeks after I initially ordered, it was marked final sale. So this company is super dodgy, and you are much better off dealing with professional luxury boutiques such as Farfetch, net-a-Porter, Mytheresa, Cettire etc.
This place is AWFUL.

Good deals from boutiques around the world

Stylemyle is such a great place to find designer clothing. I'm super happy with my purchases because the usual retailers didn't have the piece I was looking for. I realise that I'm not buying directly from them but actually from partnering boutiques across the world. I wish they made that more transparent but in the end it's the product that counts and the price for the dress I bought there was a great deal.

Ordered Colmar ski jacket and pants for…

Ordered Colmar ski jacket and pants for my husband. Perfect experience - it arrived in 4 days and the fit was perfect! We just came back from the ski holiday and i was very pleased to see that the same jacket was sold in the Colmar boutique for twice the price!

I had to come back and edit my review. The confirmation email was in his spam email. I was contacted by a team member within a couple of hours of sending my email. Shipment was fast. I received my items within 3-4 days. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will shopping with stylemyle again soon.

I am a little disappointed at my experience with stylemyle so far. My daughter’s birthday is coming up and I am the one who suggested this site to my husband. I sent him the sneakers for our daughter. He placed the order and immediately noticed something was wrong. He never was prompted to add his email. Checked his bank transactions and yes the payment went through. I wish I read the reviews before ordering on this site. I emailed and hopefully we will get a response soon.

Not giving customer enough time to cancel

I placed an order at around 2:30 am in the morning. Went to cancel order about 2 hrs later. They had already sent shipping info to dhl. I’m thinking there’s plenty of time to cancel. I’m so 😡 can’t get anybody on the phone, twitter, email. No response. I don’t want the item shipped. Never again R294274756

Terrible Customer Service

I have bought the item 7 days ago. No response on when the item will be shipped nor anyone picking up the phone or emails. I have no clue if this company is a scam; if they are they won't go too far in this business. My order number is R742319311 and I am glad I used paypal to pay. If I don't hear from them; I will defiantly dispute this charge

What a fantastic deal! Plus Customer care is stupendous!

They canceled my order because of a special case and they gave me off instead of the 10% they gave me that and another 15%! Amazingggggg. Plus they gave free tax and shipping. Orders of 300$ free shipping.
I would buy my shoes here because they have amazing deals, free shipping deals and tax free deals. So definitely one of the better stores to get from. Also it is amazing how responsive the customer care is sometimes! Really if your looking for an amazing deal shop here!

Order still not completed, NO update on shipping let alone receive a tracking. very poor customer service and no information given in replies.
Really disappointed and has reaffirmed that i will NEVER use STYLEMYLE again regardless if they manage to complete my order (R843367661)

I read some reviews here which scared…

I read some reviews here which scared me, but figured if I used PayPal I had protection. I’m happy I took the chance. My order shipped 4 days after the purchase and I received it via DHL 3 days after that. So I had my item in my hands 1 week after purchasing. Not bad coming from Europe. I’d definitely buy from this company again. I think since the company is newer, they may have been trying to figure out the process/ logistics. Im not sure. But very happy with my experience. Great prices and fast shipping.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had

This is insane… Since I got no updates after placing my order, I reached out to the customer service through email, each time they replied “we will reach out to you shortly” with no one reached out to me after that. And it is strange that they cannot be contacted through phone - what kind of customer service in the US cannot be reached by a phone number? I just want to cancel my order now and will definitely tell the true experience on my social media.

I received an item and decided to…

I received an item and decided to return the item. I contacted customer service within the return window. I did receive a return authorization. According to DHL the item was returned. My account has not been credit for the return. I have could not reach them via email, telephone or contact form on their site. No one answers until it’s past the return window. They are a fraudulent site and I don’t believe their products are even authentic!! On trust pilot there are many reviews saying the same! Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Where is my package

Hi! I didn't receive my order R357875591. It was sent back by TNT to stylemyle, because they didn't put my contact details on the package. TNT tried to contact stylemyle - but no answer. Yesterday TNT confirmed that my package is already in Switzerland by stylemyle. And I received yesterday 26.01.2023 response from Hanna from customercare at stylemyle

I made a purchase on the 14th of…

I made a purchase on the 14th of January and as of today I have not received my item…my card was charged and I have reached out to Stylemyle via of phone and email and no one answers the phone and I received a email saying my order was shipped and as of today nothing…never received a tracking number to track the package.
