Know What You’re Getting Into
I was weary of ordering from here because of the reviews, but I really wanted this sweater and the price was much lower. Because most of the reviews are about returns, I decided to go ahead and order it. After a few days of receiving my confirmation, I started to get concerned because there was no shipping update. I then reached out via email got more nervous after I didn’t get a response. After a few days they did respond and let me know that my order would be shipped out shortly. With my experience and reading from others, they are ordering things from other boutiques, which is why there is a delay in the shipping process. This is totally fine, as other stores do this, however they aren’t very transparent with the process. If you can find your pieces from the boutiques first hand, I recommend doing that, however this is a good second. Not sure if it’s worth the stress, but I did get my item in the end, so go into it with caution.

Bad experiences
Bad experiences. I made a purchase of two jackets in the past, and I was charged duty fees from DHL for $300+. I Called customer service and they said that I would be re-imbursed for the duty fees. They never reimbursed me and when I emailed them, they said they could only give me store credit. They took several weeks to respond as well. I used the store credit to make a purchase of a cologne in January 2023. I have not received it as of yet and its May 2023. I contacted customer service about any updates or if they could refund me and they have yet to respond. There are so many other high end designer stores that have better prompter customer service, and the prices on this website are notceably higher compared to those of others.

I made the purchase without first seeing reviews on the page, after making the purchase I received two emails with the order number and confirmation, then I wanted to review my order on the website and it was impossible, there is no way to review the order on the website (something that is very rare) you can't even log in to your own account, here I felt a litte scared and decided to search Google for reviews about this store,and I don't understand how it has such bad reviews, I made my purchase on April 8, I received an email shipping with the tracking number on April 13, and received my sneakers today April 17, so far so good, authentic merchandise and in perfect condition, thank you for all!

I just want to update my review. There was a little issue with my package either being delivered at the wrong address or not delivered at all. However the next morning my package was sitting in front of my door. I thought this place was a scam but it’s not and also reading others reviews it scared me. I absolutely love my Lanvin sneakers and I will be ordering from StyleMyle again in the future.

I had a great experience purchasing from Stylemyle. I found a pair of camel leather Margiela Tabi Boots for cheaper than anywhere else I've ever seen and purchased them. Initially, I wasn't sure if they took my order, as I have seen other reviews regarding fraud measures. However, my order passed fairly quickly though that process and was shipped within 72 business hours.
While my boots arrived in brand new condition, Stylemyle is like some other retailers that I have had very negative experiences with (Cettire), where they personally do not have the items, but they partner with other boutiques. Farfetch is probably the most well known version of this, but Farfetch is more transparent as you can see what country they are being shipped from
While that is the case, regardless, I do not have anything truly negative to say. It pays to do some reviewing before purchasing items, because I only found Stylemyle by luck.

Better than expected
I ordered a versace bracelet off of this website. The shipping was slightly longer than I expected but customer service wrote back to me that same day and gave me updates. The product is even better than expected, looks amazing, and came with a versace gift box which was not advertised. I'm very happy with my experience.

I've requested a return slip for 1/2 of my order and not received the return shipping label yet (other companies generate these immediately). I got an RA # but no label. Can you please send me the return shipping label by by March 20 so I can fulfill the required return date for at the refund? My RETURN NUMBER is RA87887627. Thank you.

Per you last response, I am now more concerned, as you say that you can't locate the RA # I shared, but here is exactly the email you sent to to when I submitted the return request..quote:
"ORDER NUMBER | R742205691 RETURN NUMBER | RA878876274 -- Dear MARC, Your request to return for order #R742205691 has been received. We have started processing your request and will be in touch with you shortly with updates. your STYLEMYLE team"
This was your RA# and your response, but I have not receive any shipping label for the required return. Additionally, I have sent two messages directly to Help & Concierge customercare stylemyle.com email address.
I just summited another request for the return shipping label to the "Help & Concierge" address, and this is the same note as the other two times. "THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING US!
