My order stuck with my country custom even the website already state clearly that it should not have any issue with this.

DHL called me this morning for additional duty charges, so I provided them the site information plus my invoice which also have a note on invoice that it's already included duty charge.

However, based on the feedback here, I would like to ask Stylemyle admin here to help support my case(Order# R933480194) ASAP as I sent to customer care email.

I received my package on time but my shoe box was torn up literally the shoes have a blemish on them because they weren’t secure in the shipping box. You guys have to do better I tried you guys out and y’all failed me but I’m not petty I’m going to keep the shoes this was my first time purchasing from you.

After reading reviews I was nervous ordering here but decided that I would go for it because I really wanted the shoes and they were a great price. The item shipped quickly and when it came in it truly was the product. Unfortunately, the shoes were too big, and so I was hoping to quickly return the shoes so that I could order the size down.

Therefore, my issue comes from having to return the item. The whole process is ridiculous. You have to file a return request, it is not an automatic process so then you have to wait for them to approve it, who knows how long that will take. But the catch is, you have to have the item back to them within 14 days in order to get a full refund instead of a store credit. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to submit a return request, the process makes no sense.

As I want to return the shoes ASAP so that I can order the size down while they are still on sale, I submitted a return request within minutes of receiving the package. I also tried to contact customer support to have someone quickly approve my request, but have not received an email back and have called 30+ times, nonstop, and no one picks up the phone - I honestly doubt that the company even uses answers their phone, as it use to ring a bunch of times and then I would be put through to the answering machine, but now it rings once, so it seems as though someone is sitting there declining my call.

My faith in this company is nonexistent, so I will not be purchasing a size down until the product is accepted for return and I have received my full refund, IF I end up placing a new order, because I sincerely do not trust this company with my money. Should they not respond I will be filing a report through my credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and don't shop here.

EDIT: in response to the reply that I received to my post - the number that I had called was attached to my return reference email, I would suggest removing that if there is no true phone number to contact.

I am hopeful that this issue can be cleared up quickly, should it be I will edit my review.

Received my item in a very nice packaging, and got it for a steal price. Would definitely purchase from you guys again.

This is a complete scam!!! I received a FAKE Longchamp. I demand a refund immediately! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The color is different from the product they sent and I am already 1 week old and they have not sent me my code to return them and refund my money. They only ask me for photos and wait. I will not buy here again.

Defective item and delay in sending me return label

Only comment is the import duties came as quite a surprise. Nice to include duties so customer knows the actual cost of the item. I had to pay $150 duties which didn’t make the cost of the item what I expected.

I was happy with my off white script sweatshirt I purchased on the website. The item came brand new and authentic definitely recommend 👍

I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase. I will use the site again- this was my first purchase. A great way for me to be able to afford designer items. Once shipped I had my item in two days.

I ordered the cloth on the 11.05. The estimated delivery time max 7 days. The item was only shiped yesterday. I have no clue when it will be delivered.
