I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me regarding my email about a return I made. I got no proof of my return being accepted and I returned the item within 14 days as instructed. I also have not received my refund, which i really need. Please let me know if you can help.

Beautiful designer item

Beautiful designer item at much lower cost. I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely purchase there again.
I did have to return for size and order another. The return link did not work as a reviewer mentioned but I just went directly to DHL to request return. It's overseas so not like returning here. It did take almost 2 weeks for refund, but again-overseas.
I don't understand why the reviewer from CA had to pay $150 in duties. They are included in the sale price. She should check with the carrier company and hopefully got a receipt.

Poor Returns Process

I purchased a dress from here that arrived quickly, however it doesn’t fit and I need to make a return. The return instructions are very unclear and the DHL schedule a pick up link doesn’t work with the return number that StyleMyle emailed me. In order to receive a refund, the item has to be received by SM within 14 days, but the returns process is very difficult. Customer service replies with short responses which are the same unhelpful return instructions listed on their website. Do not purchase from here unless you know you’ll keep everything!

Hands on service

I received the wrong size and therefore had to return the product which was so disappointing b/c the product was otherwise perfect and the discounted pricing was significant. The support team is very hands on and provide very personalized service for the return process.

Wrong shoe

The shoe I received was the wrong colour (not as pictured) AND the wrong size! Basically, I received something I didn’t order. (Order number R936750713)

Incorrect Size Sent- Return Unconfirmed /Refund Delayed

6/22/23: My refund was finally credited to my account. It seems these reviews are the best way to get a follow up response from the customer service team. Thank you for accepting the return.
6/16/23 Update: My return was received and signed for 6/12/23, within the 14 day return period. Stylemyle has not issued a refund or contacted me to inform me the package was received. I contacted customer service and am awaiting their response. It does not seem to be an easy return process. Hope to hear back soon.

6/7/23 Update : Heard back from customer service, they have sent me a return label. Hope the shipping process goes smoothly and my return is accepted. I will continue to update as it develops.

6/4/23 I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Stylemyle- order #R928276314, everything arrived intact, however I was sent the incorrect size of shoe. The email link for returns is broken and I have yet to receive a response from the request I have left on voicemail and emailed to customer service. I would love for stylemyle to make this right and I can change my one star to five! Thank you!
