Unhelpful even after this review. Zero customer service, no responses for returns

They responded telling me to submit the return request that I ALREADY SUBMITTED. Asked me to email their customer service email that NEVER responds. How do I return these shoes?!?! Ordered a pair of Toteme loafers. I emailed twice that the 10% discount didn’t go through and that I never received a confirmation email but never received a response. Then the loafers just show up- no advance notice with shipping info. Trying to return them as they don’t fit and again, CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE from customer service with an RA or any info on how to return.

Mislabeled Product They Will Not Take Back

I purchased a bag labeled "Acne tote bag" on 2 October and when I received the bag, it is the MICRO size. There was no label indicating this was the micro size on the listing and the bag is too small to even fit a mobile phone. There were also no dimensions provided in the "Size and Fit" section. As this bag comes in multiple sizes, the company should indicate the exact size model of the bag in the listing because it seemed like a much larger tote bag. The company states that they will not take the bag back as it is final sale. This is a complete mistake on StyleMyle's part as there is another similar Acne Studios brown bag that is correctly labeled as Micro (which I would never purchase). I have images of the listing showing the mislabeling of the black bag I purchased and I hope the company will be helpful enough to respond to my email and address the situation. This seems like a complete scam.

I bought a checked jacket hoodie from…

I bought a checked jacket hoodie from acne studios and found out that it was fake through the acne studios retailer when I thought it into their store to check. The back neck label and stitching for the logo on the left were off and give sways as it was an unauthorized item and now they won’t let me return it since it was a “final sale” item.

If zero was an option, this place deserves it. Save your time and money, zero customer service, ordered an item over a week ago and still have yet to even see confirmation. No where to call or even look up the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. Only way to contact is via email and even then, you will not receive responses. Would be nice to have human interaction who can actually take time to understand your needs and not just feel like a customer who has no voice. Once your money has transferred, nothing else matters.
