Bad customer service

First of all the size was not as described. XL was more like small. Secondly, you wouldn’t take it back and give me a full refund. Bad business poor customer service.

Great communication

Great communication. My Package arrived when the tracker said it would on the dhl express link- early, actually. I also appreciate that the customs fee was mentioned and built into the price. Im a new fan!

The size is not what was promised

The size is not what was promised. The size on the front of the bag was whited out and altered. No way to return on the website as it is indicated that it was a final sale. I disagree with this as it appears that the product was altered and wrong size shirt was sent intentionally. Very disappointed.

Great experience!

I placed my order last Sunday and received my product less than an hour ago (today is Thursday), and it was actually scheduled for yesterday, but something happened to Fedex. The order shipped from Switzerland and there weren't any customs issues or something of the sort. I got a pair of pink Jimmy Choo sneakers for almost half the original price! and they look and fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my purchase, thank you StyleMyle! (:

Don’t buy from this website. I bought a $1,000 Burberry sweater. It was a complete knock off costing $25 from CHINA! Then trying to return it is a total nightmare! There is no way to reach them, their web sight doesn’t work! I sent several e-mails, NO RESPONSE at all!!!

THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IT SET UP WHERE THE BOUTIQUES REMOVE THEIR INFO. THEY USE COUPON CODES TO SHOP FOR PPL. SO TODAY I GET A NOTIFICATION FROM DHL TELLING ME I HAD TO PAY $64 DUTIES ON A SHOE I I PURCHASED ON THESE BOZOZ SITE WHICH CLAIMS TO BE IN THE USA. THE ITEM WAS VALUED AT $493 AND BY LAW I ONLY PAY DUTIES IF THE ITEM IS VALUED ABOVE $800. THESE IDITS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING. IF I WANTED TO BUY A SHOE FROM ITALY MYSELF, I WOULD HAVE. THEY CLAIM EXPRESS SHIPPING AND EXPRESS RETURNS BUT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO EVEN GET A TRACKING AND NOW THE PACKAGE IS STUCK WITH CUSTOMS CAUSE I AIN'T PAYING IT AND I BETTER GET MY MF MONEY BACK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT REPLY. THIS IS A SCAM
