Issues getting refund

I ordered some breastfeeding clothes with high hopes as I loved the styles. I was so disappointed when they arrived. The fabric was very cheap feeling and felt like it would make me sweat in a heartbeat... not ideal when you have a warm baby attached to you. However, that's not the reason I went as low as a 1 star... we have been trying to get my refund back for weeks now after returning the items. The company eventually replied saying they were processing the refund... still no sign of the funds or further communication. I would avoid if you're planning on ordering for choice... just get what you're almost guaranteed to keep.
