This compan moved in September 2019 and no longer trade from these premises.

Didn't send item, didn't respond when contacted and didn't refund. They are a complete scam.

As per other customers I wished I had checked them out first as order taken , no stylus ever turned up and tel no is no longer recognised and they Never Return e-mails .
Complete load of scammers .

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Order acknowledged then no delivery and emails returned .Do not use this site

Ordered. Got acknowledgement. Nothing delivered. No answer to phone number, no response to multiple emails. Still no delivery months later. These people are thieves. Do not use them.

Scam website. My order is currently in the hands of trading standards. Replied immediately prior to any money changing hands, then nothing. No needle, no e mail and can’t contact them.

Made order 22/02/2019 - and was sent a very poor quality product that didn't fit, didn't look like online product and fell apart with the slightest touch - I contacted the company and returned the product..... I did manage to reach them by phone on 4x occasions but NO REFUND has EVER been sent - now the company has no working Tel number (since about September) and wont reply to emails. £20 down the drain DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Just another disappointed punter who has lost money to this scam web site / company.
Will be reporting them to Trading standards and to my bank.
Does anyone live at this address or is it simply a post box?

It's a scam, placed order that never arrived and would not respond to my emails. Happily took my money though!

Seems to be a scam, phone number 0116 210 8515 not in use either, address 21 Blackfriars Road Leicester is on a new housing development AVOID. I raised the issue with credit card and they have dealt with it.

Would echo all previous comments. Avoid. Should have checked this site first. Not a lot of cash spent and hopefully bank will reimburse. If nothing else, a lesson learned.

This company is a scam, they take your money with no intention of supplying the product. They are comeply uncontactable afte taking payment. How do they sleep at night?

Agree with all the other reviews - avoid at all costs, a complete scam. Stylus ordered without checking the site on Trustpilot - no stylus delivered and today no reply to my requests for info or cancellation of my order

Ordered a stylus back on June 23rd, Contacted them twice by phone since then and was assured it was on its way.
Just tried calling them again and the number is unobtainable.
Read reviews on other sites and most say this is a scam company.
£17.00 just thrown away.

Scam company. No communication and no stylus. Reported to credit card company.

At best, a cowboy operation which doesn't deliver. At worst, an outright scam.

Ordered a £90 nagaoka cart 14th Oct after the site was recommended to me. Price seemed good, website said it was secure. Delivery 5-7 days.

Nothing turned up. 10 days later I try to call. The line just goes dead. I check the website which has a banner across the top saying they have an issue with their phone lines - fair enough.

I email, with order reference etc. No response.

It is now 1st November. I have emailed a number of times. No response. The banner about phone issues has gone from the site, and yet the number is still not working.

Now I have to try and claim my money back.

I try to go with independent and small businesses however in this case I wish I'd just gone with Amazon.

Avoid like the plague.

There is unfortunately no, 'No Star' option as I would have used that to signify how bad this outfit are. Ordered and paid for a stylus back in June, By July it had not arrived, emailed, nothing, emailed again, nothing. Telephoned and encountered first promise of delivery, August nothing. Phoned again, another page from the Boris Johnson guide to lying. Nothing in August or September, phoned again more Trump style versions of the truth. October nothing and guess what, the phone is out of order, how convenient. Now going to write recorded delivery to notify of Small Claim action. At least if they ignore that I can screw their credit rating . Do not use Boris and Donald's Stylus shop, go somewhere reliable.

Do not trust this outfit for one second. I paid £40 for stylii and never received them I mailed many times and phoned but line constantly ‘busy’. Don’t waste your money.
