Scam company, take money and never send item or reply to emails...do not buy from this company.
....Update, they have now blocked my emails requesting a refund, buy from musonic instead a trusted company

This company is a total scam you will not receive you item avoid.

Shocking. Avoid unless you relish in such activities as throwing away cash and waiting for the most basic of responses to the most simplest of questions, such as "Has the item I PAID for been shipped?"

Finally went with musonic and glad I did. If the owner of Stylusplus reads these reviews, you should either take note, and address... or perhaps call it a day.

If your personal situation perhaps requires a little bit of patience from your customers, then a good idea would be to advise accordingly.

Do not use Stylus Plus. First excuse 'held up in customs'. Second excuse 'just arrived will post tomorrow'. Third excuse 'has been posted but will send you another'. End result never received my stylus.

Appears I have had the same problem. Lots of promises but no delivery of the stylus I ordered in July. Many excuses, out of stock, wrong address but no delivery as of today 1st October. Seems the phone no longer works either with some excuse on their website. Have to go back to Visa to see if I can get my money back.

Dreadful company avoid them at all costs. Ordered 2 stylus on 28th of August, no answer to any emails, looks like I've been scammed too. Wish I'd done a simple online check on these cowboys!!

Would rather have selected no stars. My experience is the same as the other reviews and I wish i'd read these first. Order placed on 31 July. Money taken same day. No receipt of order and its now 2 months later. Various calls and emails but no joy. Steer well clear of these. Definitely appears to be a scam.

Placed an order on July. Got the email confirmation then nothing. On August I called them they told me that the product was out of stock and that now it has been shipped as it was replenished. Got an email of the sending in a second after ending this phone call which was surprising since it gave me the impression that this email confirming the sending today was produced few seconds during the call !!!
Anyway I waited now it has been 2 months or even more. I’ve almost forgot about this order until the original buyer I bought on behalf of him remind me if I get any news about this!!!
Just sent an email to them but no reply!
And now I’m reading/discovering the comments here!! What a shame

Ordered two styluses, paid for both and only received one. No e-mail answers. Called once and was tild it would be sent the next day. Received an e-mail proclaiming my order was done... 3 weeks later I still have not received the second stylus. This is 5 months after the original order.

Stay clear of this scam of a business!

I ordered a stylus on 05/06/19 and still waiting. Paid on visa credit card and money taken straight away. Now in dispute with visa credit, after several emails with no reply and also phone calls with various reasons or excuses as to why nothing received. I even received a dispatch confirmation dated 02/08/19 saying dispatched 03/08/19!! After nothing received a week later contacted Kara by phone (again) to be advised he would send a replacement but nothing has arrived. Avoid this company. I would award zero stars.

Money was taken, and no delivery in 5 months. No response to emails and lies over the phone. Scammers, stay well clear.

Still waiting.
Ordered a stylus for my turntable in March,received an acknowledgement of my order,after several enquiries was informed "expecting a delivery from suppliers by end of week"still
waiting.
I have now obtained a stylus from another company received within days.
