Having read all those Trustpilot,5 star ,positive reviews about SUBDIAL,I approached the and successfully bought 3 special watches as collectors' items in 2023.Very recently, I decided to dispose of them due to security reasons and reluctantly contacted SUBDIAL, fearing raw deal or even refuse to buy back. Obviously I was expecting to lose some money but contrary to my expectations ED, Johnas and the female staff member at finance treated me with utmost respect and understanding, from start to finish. Arranged those items to be picked up by a reliable courier. ED was kind enough offer very fair price that I did not have to haggle. The whole thing was completed within a week and my money was remitted without any delay. Professional, most efficient, honest and trustworthy experienced staff at SUBDIAL made everything easy for me. I am very happy and would strongly recommend SUDIAL to anyone looking to BUY/SELL expensive watches .Fantastic experience.

Friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately the watch wasn’t quite as described on the website when I picked it up from the London store and so I had to refuse it and get a refund which was processed quickly. I was subsequently called to discuss the condition of the watch and they apologised for the condition of it and offered to pay my travel costs to and from London. Great customer service, I hope to deal with them again in the future.
