Another watch from my collection sold via the consignment service at a better net price than I would have got as a private seller. Subdial really takes all the hassle out of trying to sell a watch yourself. Sometimes a bit of patience is required, but that’s more a function of an illiquid watch market rather than their competence. You will end up getting the best realistic price and without having to field loads of communications from time wasters.

Dealing with subdial for the first time in purchasing my first purchase you cannot fault the service I was dealing with Alice who answered all I needed to know and everything went to plan. The watch when it arrived was absolutely pristine you have to remember they take very close up shots and you can see every detail but when the watch has dropped on your wrist the surface marks are not seen at all, another thing to mention is there pricing - trust me they cannot be beaten and if you are like me and like to haggle am sure there’s room for a % to come off the asking 😜 this is a company that make you feel safe & everything is done for you basically a fabulous experience with a team who have not just done there homework but treat you with 100% respect : SUBDIAL is the way to go if your looking or wanting to sell a timepiece & check the Thursday drop where they show you some incredible pieces and educate you in the world of watchmaking.

I recently bought a watch from Subdial and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

I dealt with Reiss, who was a pleasure to work with. What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure. I went back for a second viewing and took my time to weigh up the decision, and at no point did I feel rushed or "sold to".

The watch itself is a stunning example, exactly as described. Getting to see the watch in the metal and chat about the piece with Riess gave me total confidence in the purchase. Visiting the Clubhouse to collect it was a great experience.
