Wow! What a brilliant company to deal with. Excellent communication, great people, and superb watches. Previous to Subdial I have always used watchfinder and the high street retailers. Not anymore! Subdial and my local Rolex AD only from now on.
I have purchased 2 watches in less than a month. Also sold another watch to them in trade on one deal.
Everything was super fast and painless.
Prices were competitive and watches were pristine. I am over the moon with them.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience my advisor(Reiss) was professional and friendly and after a little haggling we arrived at a deal. I had a genuinely excellent experience with Subdial. No exaggeration, but sometimes a company really stands out and these guys absolutely did.

From the first enquiry through to the return of a rolex "Batgirl", communication was friendly, professional, and reassuringly quick. Any questions I had were answered promptly, which made the whole buying process feel easy and stress-free. The watch arrived beautifully packed and with a nice extra case which was a great touch.

I ended up returning the Rolex GMT-Master II “Batgirl” (not their fault, just my choice) I'd bought but even the way Subdial handled it really stood out. They arranged a return label straight away, the watch was confirmed as received asap, and everything was handled smoothly and without any fuss.

It’s easy to be good when a sale goes through but it’s how a company behaves when plans change that really matters. On that front, Subdial were exceptional. I’d happily buy from them again and i'm sure I will and would recommend them without hesitation.
