FLASE ADVERTISEMENT & LIARS!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & LIARS!! Poor, unprofessional service! Don't ever patronize Subway #3655-0 235 New Byhalia Road Collierville, TN 38017! The manager is very rude and the employees DO NOT know how to take orders and fix sandwiches correctly! They ALL need to be retrained or FIRED! Especially the Manager! The young boy at the register charged my card incorrectly and when I went back in to complain about the excess charge, the Manager got very loud and very ghetto rude with me, I got right back loud with her and we were shouting at each other in the store while other customers were there. She does not know how to maintain control and should not be in the position of a Manager. My philly cheese steak sandwich was not prepared as I ordered it and then to be charged extra?? I will never go back or refer anybody back to Subway # 3655-0!

Manager became aggressive and started…

Manager became aggressive and started sticking his middle finger up once we caught him in a lie. He canceled our order because he didn’t want to accept the subway coupon. This is the subway inside Walmart 2101 younts rd Indian trail NC. What really upset him is when we noticed a bug around the food and I mentioned it to him. He is a racist man that gives subway a bad name and I will never eat subway again because of him

9/12 backaplan subway

9/12 backaplan subway. The girls that worked there were not engaged in the work and were laughing the most of the time. One girl was quite rude and said the sandwiches were the same when they were not.

Well, I guess it's as good of an option as can be. Good, not great. Ingredients weren't fresh that's for sure

Refused entry with an assistance dog

I visited the Wealdstone store HE3 Harrow Saturday 20th of May at 1 pm with my assistance dog to buy a subway roll. The man behind the counter insisted I should get out a dog wasn’t allowed in although I repeatedly showed him my assistance dog tag and told him by law. I was allowed to go in anywhere with my dog, even food shops restaurants any store he insisted I should get out and wouldn’t save me I think you should inform the store in all of your stores, but anyone with an assistance dog is allowed in any shop food or not. He was very rude and even have been like it. I had to leave in the end without find my lunch. Hopefully I can continue to use this store in Wealdstone High Street Harrow as I’m quite fond of subway rolls and all the stuff they sell. Hope you can sort this out for me My name is heather innes I did/show my takeaway around my dick with the words on it, that my M y dog and me are allowed by law to enter anywhere but he wouldn’t take any notice if I go ahead and report this to an authority there can be a fine of around £1000 for refusing an assistance dog in
Please let me know the outcome as I would line to get my lunch as Subway in future with my assistance dog thank you

A good start / but a bad finish.

We visited store #782-0 on 12/22/2022 @ approximately 4:16pm. The store was neat and clean there was no other customers just my husband and I. We ordered two subs (footlongs) one tuna and one spicy Italian, the subs were made to order and they did a very good job on the subs. Now here's the bad news the cookies that we ordered my husband ordered three chocolate chip and I ordered three oatmeal raisin, we did not realize until we arrived home and proceeded to have a late lunch that our cookies were very hard seem like they had either been sitting too long meaning a day or two or they were reheated and hardened like (rocks) once they cooled down, either way they were awful. I tried to call the store to get a correction done but the store phone was not answered, you get a recording letting you know the mailbox is full then it releases the call. So this is why I rate it 3 Stars because our sandwiches was excellent the people were friendly it was just that the cookies were awful. When you pay for something you expect to get quality service no more than what they would expect if they were on the other side of the counter as a customer themselves. I hope that they understand and I hope this helps anyone else to check your food before you leave.
