Delivery quick with no problem excellent service

Ordered a product from them, they charged me more than the product value, to their credit they did refund me the different straight away but I asked them to cancel immediately. They didn’t cancel the order and instead told me it has shipped, that was 10 days ago and it is still showing as stuck in China, they cannot give a straight answer to a question, they cannot tell me how long shipping will be .

this company is an absolute scam, do not buy from them.

This company is a total scam, ordered something for £6.99 and ended up being charged £15. Asked them to cancel within a matter of minutes after purchase and they point blank refused. Be careful, do not purchase anything from this company they are a scam company.

I ordered jeans from this company in July. Im still waiting!
I have sent emails asking for a refund, they said no because they have sent out another package. That package did not turn up, they told me to be patient. I asked for the name of the customer service member I was speaking to. The reply was NO in capital letters (shouty). I am under no illusion that this is a scam company. Please do not order anything from them.

Shame I can't give them 0 star as this company is a total scam. I bought a few items from them and they decided to add extra £13.49 to my order without my approval. I asked the company to cancel my order straight away. So far no response and no products. I used PayPal for the payment and even they won't help and are enabling this scam company to charge people for orders that either don't arrive or are over-charged or get bad quality orders.

So we ordered the bag & kept getting tracking updates starting in USA and eventually got to Lincoln where it stopped for 1 month. This morning emailed them and reply came back in 2 seconds saying they are sending another one with tracking number which says they sent it from China weeks ago. Then found this page and thought we had definitely been scammed. Unbelievably bag was delivered this afternoon and is quite good! Still think it's a scam though?

I am only giving 1 * as 0 is not an option. Terrible service - Do not buy from them! I ordered a bag from them, it’s now been 6 weeks since I ordered, little feedback which is mainly AI generated, have repeatedly asked them to cancel the item and refund me the cost of the item but no response on that point! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

They are refusing to give me a refund stating that the item has already been shipped and they can't cancel the order now. They have told me to be patient!!!!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I ordered a bag from their advert on FB (big mistake) on 24th May. I kept getting updates on the transit of the item however it seems that it has now been sitting in Manchester M25 1DT which I have tracked down as Parcelforce, since 20 June. I have chased constantly and keep getting weak excuses. I was given a tracking number but when I put this into Parcelforce website, it came up as "not recognised"
I have now asked for a full refund and if I don't get one, I will turn to my bank for assistance. Also the bag is advertised as leather but I have read that it isn't the case. In addition, the total cost was £19.99 + postage, however they charged me an additional £5. When I queried this, they did refund the "error" but people need to be aware of this.

This is a total scam. Ordered in May and now in July have still not received any product.
The customer service just send the same email saying they have checked the delivery and cannot find the parcel so will resend the product.
Stay away from the Company (if in fact a company actually exists). Complete scam and rip off !!

steer clear from this company. Absolutiy appaling customer service. They even fail to adhere to their own term and conditions. They have failed to initiate a retrun of product offering £2 / £4 then even £6 account credit rather than start a refund process, I clearly will not be shopping with them again. Awful company and the product received

Less than 1 star!! It is a fake company that advertise products for sale, create fake tracking numbers and state your order has arrived when it hasn't even been dispatched because they are scammers and just take your money.

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered the over the shoulder bag. It did eventually arrive but it STINKS of fish. No matter what I do to get rid of it doesn’t work. They are saying if I return it I will get a refund but it’s going to cost me over £31 to return it for a £21 bag.

I ordered this bag and it allegedly arrived in UK on May 31st. For the last 6 days they claim if has been in Edinburgh. I live on the South coast. I have asked for a refund. I doubt if I'll get it.

I also ordered and paid for a cross-body bag in early May, 2025. As yet, despite numerous emails, promises, excuses (including Trump's new tariffs) and downright lies, my bag has, apparently, been sitting in an OXFORD depot since the 8th June.
I have requested and eventually demanded a refund. They haven't refused as such but they continue to offer apologies, etc., such as this one -
"Sorry for the trouble. Our shipping department chose the optimal warehouse to ship your order.
The tracking status may seem in mess. But the parcel will delivered to the address as you filled.
Your kind understanding and patience is appreciated."

You live and learn!! Almost £25 down the drain!

I ordered their cross body shoulder bag as advertised on Facebook on 15 May. Despite various updates of its journey from Idaho Falls USA, (I'm in the UK) I have still not received it (16 June). The final tracking location given on 12 June was at a postcode in Manchester. I did a Google maps search for this postcode. It comes up as a cul-de-sac in the middle of a council housing estate. I contacted the support email address at the company saying I wanted a refund. They said they were sorry and they were expediting the delivery. Absolutely useless. I feel as though I fell for a real Facebook con advert. I doubt that I'll receive my refund. I recommend you steer very clear of this organisation.

I ordered two bags. 9th May and still haven't received them. Tracking says they're in a local depot to me but for some unknown reason they haven't moved since 9 June. Their customer service keeps saying that they're trying to sort it out.............. still nothing. Useless. Really really annoyed.

Inside of bag not same as advertised one,a cheaper version. They refuse to acknowledge difference after I sent photos. After several emails they have offered refund if I pay return postage which is not refundable. I would then be out of pocket for their unacceptable copy of bag.
