The entrance and the elevator are not nice. The apartment does not have washing machine.

Best apartment

My stay at Villa Clara was nice and relaxing. The house itself was huge with air con in every room. Its location was great if you want a tranquil setting. The stay was made all the better thanks to Peppe. He was very attentive and always available to answer and questions. He was an outstanding host

Cannot fault the house. From the amazing space to the great pool. Peppe was the perfect host. He was attentive and helpful and extremely friendly. If you want space and peace for your holiday, choose Villa Clara.

The house works very well for a family or group of friends. One can have privacy when wanted or gather in or outside. The location is nice in countryside and very quit. By a few minutes by car you find shops, restaurants, bakery etc. The "agency" team Martina and Lorenzo did a great job to look after us.

The apartment was gorgeous!! Lovely modern interior with such a beautiful view and had everything you need inside such as kitchen wear. location couldn’t have been better - one street up from the high street, so close but more peaceful. Short walk to cable car to get to the beach. 10/10 stay, would definitely go back :)

Sicily Summer Breeze
We stayed at Sicily Summer Breeze for a week in Aug 2024. We were 3 families with 3 little kids, 1 and 2 years old. There are no words to describe the way we felt here, from the number of bedrooms, to the fact that there was an A/C in every room, private bathroom for every room and another one in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and the pool was amazing, the fact that you have half a pool that is shallow and half that is deep is really well thought, also outside showers with hot water. Honestly, apart from the location which is a bit isolated, you definitely need a car, there’s nothing else to say, really really amazing place and Lorenzo, the host was always available always understanding of our needs and really great to talk too. Also, you have a tennis court and a ping pong table that we didn’t use but it was a great thing to have. Most definitely will return if ever in Sicily again.

The apartment is luxurious and well equipped and the communication was perfect. You can see the whole city from the balcony and terrace. You are in the middle of Vieste and you can enjoy the beach and restaurants just below the appartement. Towels for the beach but also coffee and tea for the first few days are available. There is enough space for 4 persons. Two bathrooms and toilets. Thanks a lot to Mauro and his team.

Comfortable apartments with beautiful sea view, located near to the parking, beach and 10 minutes walk to the old town

We have just spent a week at the fantastic Villa Domus Sicilia just outside Modica. It is in a wonderful setting, with beautiful views down the valley to the hilltop town of Modica (be prepared for a slightly tricky entrance to the Villa as there is no sign and a very steep, narrow hill to get down to it -but this is pretty unavoidable in this part of the world with Sicilian roads!) The villa is spacious and finished to a high standard. The style of the villa is industrial but modern and has some beautiful features. The pool and spa pool are great, perfect to keep the children entertained all day, not to mention the great outdoor shower. The beds are extremely comfortable, huge and the master suite has a beautiful view out into the valley.
There are nearby shops which have everything you need (but you will need a car) as well as local restaurants & cafés. During our stay we visited Noto & Scilci which are both picturesque Sicilian towns which don’t disappoint.
The beaches are a bit of a drive, but very beautiful, with their sandy shores and perfectly clear shallow water.

The hosts of this Villa were fantastic. Extremely helpful, informative and provided us with a lovely in house dining experience one of the evenings which was delicious.

Villa Domus Sicilia is a wonderful place to stay!

This villa is absolutely stunning. Myself and 8 other girls spent a week here and it was blissful. The house has everything you need it’s super spacious and bright with big beds and multiple bathrooms. The views are incredible and the sun shines on the pool from sunrise to sunset. The host was an absolute dream he was super helpful and kind and gave us amazing recommendations for the area and helped us booking taxis. Honestly couldn’t have been better!

Fantastic stay at Sicily Summer Breeze! The extended family with 6 adults and 4 children was very satisfied with the villa, proximity to the beach and many exciting places to visit. Lorenzo followed us up in a very good way throughout the week we were there. Recommended!

The stay at the Sicily Summer Breeze house has been great. The maintenance and cleaning of the facilities, both interior and exterior, is impeccable. Lorenzo, the host, has been very kind and attentive to us. The house is really recommended.

Well furnished and spacious villa. Wonderful salt water pool. The team at Sudest were really welcoming and helpful. Close to Modica but quiet and peaceful and very private. Would definitely recommend

We were 6 staying at Villa Domus Sicilia. We were the first family to stay there since it's completion.
We were extremely impressed by the quality of the accomodation, although, as expected with a newly built property, there were a few little niggles which were, however, addressed immediately.
The master bedroom was a delight, with a huge bed that was extremely comfortable - the view across the valley was stunning.
The kitchen lacked only a kettle, but with a coffee maker, ice maker and quality appliances, we were able to cater for ourselves quite well.
Outside, the swimming pool and plunge pool were a godsend. The salt water pools made a refreshing change from chlorinated water you generally find elsewhere.
Our only negative comment about outside would be the comfort of the table and chairs set - for such a wonderful villa they could have been a little more comfortable.
WiFi is supplied and worked well. The TV lounge was extremely comfortable.
The local town of Modica is a fabulous little town with some exceptional restaurants - try Accursio Ristorante if you like high end dining, and the wonderful Lori which has fabulous views across the town and serves wonderful food.
Would we go back - definitely 😁
