First order placed with them, quick delivery, very happy, thank you very much☺️

Good choice of sweets,drinks and snacks. Plus reasonable prices from other retail.
Only downfall is the delivery charge. Where the prices of item are reasonable, they makeup for it on the delivery charge.
Put me off from ordering again.

I have ordered twice, The first time no issue just a bit slow with delivery .my last order however was an awful experience. If your order goes well, you will have a good experience. Once you have a problem with your order this company will turn nasty. They respond to emails in a sarcastic and patronising way they refuse to accept fault and will continuously look for ways to blame it on someone else. When you stop engaging they try to accuse you of being rude to members of staff. Which is absoloutley ridiculous since all emails are saved. I thought it was just me but ive read two other reviews that have experienced the exact same behaviour. Whoever is responsible for replying to emails i suggest seeks therapy. The way you try to speak down to and then gaslight customers is so wrong. I DO NOT reccomend.

Very happy with my purchase. I have an allergy to dairy & egg, but I love Reese’s peanut butter cups, and Sugar Box is the easiest way for me to get my fix of the plant-based PB cups from the UK. Reasonably priced and speedy delivery too. Thank you :)

I made an order for next day delivery
... its been 2 days and havent even recieved confirmation.. waiting 1 more day then making a chargeback claim.

Update
after writing this i recieved an email. I was sent an image of a false delivery page that isnt the same as the one shown when placing my order.. the person emailing has then gone on to write a very patronising email and offered to refund if id like... of course i would like. That was done cancellation and refund confirmation recieved. I thought that would be the end.. until i recieved a harrassing email from another member of staff aggressively telling me off for leaving a bad review because "small businesses suffer"... if you dont want bad reviews provide good service and dont harrass customers that have every right to leave a review about the experience and service given.

Another update since this aggressive staff member can not seem to leave me alone.

"Consequently, you then updated your review with more negative content, mentioning that we have sent you “false” (ie fake) screenshots of our website’s dispatch times from our checkout. This is wholly untrue as you are aware (and therefore defamatory)."
I clearly said the delivery method page was not the same one that you have shown me... defamatory? Is your use of this word meant scare me? Take me to court then lol i fail to see your point i can show the screenshot of the delivery page that is not the same as what i have been sent by you. I clearly stated via email i plan to update my review due to your aggressive continual messages after leaving a review. You have come back here with an outright lie.. you dont accept abuse towards your staff? I would never and have not done this, i stated multiple times during the interaction that your behaviour was becoming abuse and could be seen as harrassment.Please before i go to twitter and other social media platforms to show the full extent of harrassment i have recieved from your company. Leave me alone and stop your lies.
