Terrible casino. Very difficult to verify your account. Made a deposit of €100 what was taken from my bank account, and not credited to my players account. Went to the chat and they told that it should be refunded within 5 days. It’s now 11 days ago , and still don’t get a refund.

Update: I send again my bankstatement with the €100 what was taken from my bank account to email support. It’s now 16 days ago and I still don’t get a refund.

Cant describe it in any other words.. Deposit 100 euro with a welcome bonus of 100%. When wagering was done my balance was at 450€. Played a bit more and managed to reach 2.500€. Then when i tried to withdraw they deleted my winnings because when wagering i played 1 game which is on a list of 60 slots+ which arent allowed to be played.

allowed me to make 4 deposits totaling 500 euro. took a match bonus on 1st 2nd and 3rd deposits. finished wagering a withdrew 600euro. was then informed i had breached there bonus terms as i played reactoonz, razor shark and jamming jars which are on there breach list so they took away my winnings. i was playing 80cent - 1 euro bets on a variety of games as i hadnt read the small print as ive played numerous casinos and never had a you cant play list so big so didnt think anything of it. not once was i informed of my breach whilst i was losing only on withdrawal. to me this totally unfair and pretty greedy on their part and with such a saturated market will recommend you play elsewhere as these guys will make any excuse to not even pay out a measly 600euro.
