Don’t bother.

Tried returning a item with tags on but somehow when the item was returned the tag was magically removed. Tried to explain to customer service to get it resolved and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond. Was 3 weeks ago

10/10 I wouldn’t hesitate with these guys, they have some absolute gems, I look back every so often to try scoop those diamonds that get uploaded 🔥

Im sorry you are unhappy with your order. From looking into this i can see you ordered the vintage mystery box.

A member of the team did reach out to you via email to investigate this further and are currently waiting on a reply.

All the mystery boxes have a value of £200+ and individual items can be viewed on the website which shows the breakdown of each item's price.
