I really love Sugoi Mart
I really love Sugoi Mart, because they have a lot of cute merchandise and candy! I also really like their packaging!
I bought the Halloween box back in October and I loved it.
Even after I made a mistake they helped me without any complications.

I feel scammed
At first I hesitated a lot to order as the cost of the regular Sakura Lucky Bag are already 80€ (not the one that includes Starbucks Item) - then I got a note from customs that I had to pay additional 60€ for german customs as no declaration papers were attached by Sugoi Mart (very unprofessional). When I received my package today I was already disappointed by the size (keep in mind that i paid 140€ to get this). When opening it was a total frustration 10 items total, 6 food items that i would have gotten from our local asiamarket for under 20€, one plush, one keychain, one hand towel and chopsticks all of these cheap items I could have gotton from Aliexpress for under 20€ and they would have been properly declared for customs….So I paid 140€ for a bunch if cheap crap. Thanks for nothing Sugoi Mart - never order again here - total scam!!!

First time purchasing from this website and very pleasant experience from the UK. A member of the team was helpful when it came to a lucky bag. Unfortunately due to customs I cannot order one with food items but I was still able to buy cups from the Starbucks Sakura range which did not disappoint! Shipping was a lot quicker than expected, tracking was included and it arrived a day early! Thanks again Sugoi Mart :)

Expired Food
Ordered some Ramen, Crackers a Lucky Bag and more Pokemon sweets. All of the food was expired! I never ever received an answer about my complaint! Will never buy again 👎🏻

The date indicated on the packaging of our items, such as sweets, chips, dried noodles, drinks, and other Japanese delicacies, is known as shoumikigen (賞味期限), sometimes known as the Best Before Date.
The Best Before Date is the last date that the manufacturer considers the item to be fresh; nevertheless, as long as the product is still sealed, it is safe to consume up to 3 months beyond the fresh date.

I've ordered here three or four times. I usually get Sanrio lucky bags. I've been happy with them each time. I also like to order other random kawaii items to reach the free shipping amount. I've found it's better to save up and order more at once to save on the shipping costs. Also as your adding things to your cart check your shipping amount in the calculator to see how much it will be approximately. This saves people from getting upset. Also for that shipping price it's very fast shipping. It usually takes a week at most to fill the order, then from Japan to USA to your door in about 7 usually five. It's worth it. It's also worth it to check what the free shipping amount is because sometimes they have a sale. Sign up for the notification and the sugoi squad to earn points as well. This are all great ways to save money and get neat stuff. @ Sugoimart can you make a way for us to order the kuji prizes? I would love to play the Sanrio one thanks.
