From order to delivery, less than a day - Great simple service and the shirt is awesome and fits well as i used the guide to make sure my size was correct as i know not all clothes designers follow the same criteria (looking at you Gant!)

If you want an order within 2-4 days don’t bother! I have had to ring today to cancel my order I wouldn’t bother again! However they issued my refund no issues. They need to be more clear on delivery.

Poorly costumer service or management. I ordered the same third T-shirt just different color. Unfortunately, it looks different than the other 2 we have at home. Nobody would confirm mistake. Excellent quality Tenson fleece.
A lovely warm, quality Tenson fleece, which is difficult to source in the UK. It is the only 'tailored'fleece I have found and is a great fit.
Arrived here well packed and on time. Very happy!

Very very bad
Very very bad. I dont how this site won a price two years in a row. Ordered a jacket. Not on stock. But only after i paid ofcourse. And i needed to mail them myself to hear about it. Pathetic.
The only good thing is that they refund the money. We will wait and see.
Edit: the money is back in my account. Very fast! Thank you.
Never again. Dont order here anything.

Compensation after deliveryfailure by Post.nl
After failure by deliveryservice, our problem was salved perfectly and even more than that by Suitables.
We received another pullover right away, however the original was delivered a week later, opened….
We brought it back to the warehouse, in Rosmalen, and even received some undershirts for free from them as some sort of compensation for the trouble. Really very special and heartwarming service. None of it was their fault. Great !

This is a fraud company, keep the fingers away. They send you defective clothes and don't do a refund after sending it back. Customer service is poor, no intention tuo support the customer, only providing standard answers and excuses.
