Pants ordered which was discounted, and paid for, but after 3 days it was cancelled.

Received a courtesy email in which I can choose another item and the difference will be refunded.

Now it appears that this is only valid if the new product is cheaper. I ordered the same pants but “original” price.

Called company, but are very customer unfriendly. They claim I did everything wrong.

They should not write I receive the difference back.

Solution would be to deliver the original item for the payed price.

I have ordered two wool sweaters from suitable for my husband's birthday. It was delivered the next day and the quality was really good, the color as shown on their website.

Quick delivery, fantastic shirt which is very comfortable to wear. I’m very happy with it.

As usual perfect products for a good price. Fast service.

It took far too long to receive my Lacoste shirt and when I received it the material was too thin poorly finished and the accompanying card labels were not attached to the garment and had several spelling mistakes! This would not happen if this Lacoste shirt was genuine!
Conclusion FAKE and I was conned!

I ordered a shirt from this company on 02/08/2022. I said on the website it was ready for next day delivery. It is now 17/08/2022 and no delivery. I have sent them e-mails with no response. This company is a complete joke. Stay away from them.

This website is not completely honest, despite being a .co.uk company, there are based in the Netherlands, I bought 2 Polo shirts which were unfortunately too big, I needed to return them, I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay around £20 to return them, not knowing they were based in the Netherlands previously, due to being a .co.uk website, the return took 21 days to arrive back to them, I decided to refund the order rather than exchange, they originally took 9 days to arrive, I decided to reorder with a UK company which offers free returns, and arrive in 3 days, beware where this company is based and customs delays.

Me: Well, unfortunately, Luuk, that forces me to dispute the charge with the credit card company and take whatever remedies are available to me under the law.

I ordered a pair of jeans on 2nd March. Despite numerous exchanges of emails they have still not been delivered and there is no sign of them. The company are pathetically blaming FedEx and doing nothing to sort it. This all after they were ordered on a next day delivery basis! Absolutely awful company to deal with and useless at resolving anything. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a polo shirt, which was shown as in stock on the site at time of ordering. Received an e-mail a couple of days later saying sorry not actually in stock.
Quick at refunding my Paypal though after contacting them via chat. Would I order from them again? Probably not.

Just received my fiance's suit and realized how terrible the quality was. They charged $850 for a custom suit but with terrible quality. Super unhappy

my Frack (kind of tuxedo) arrived within a few days, quality exceeded my expectations, well wrapped as well!

Good company, great products and fabulous service.

Found an awesome winter jacket at Suitable.de and it was delivered within a few days.
