a nice apartment in difficult travel times. the in/out were excellent. the fitness room and pool were surprisingly nice and overall, a good experience.

Apartment was spacious and clean and SuiteHomes responded promptly to any questions or issues I had.

We stayed in a gorgeous furnished 2-bed 2.5 bath suite right in the heart of the city at State & Grand -- walking distance to the lake, navy pier, the river walk, multiple grocery stores, tons of restaurants, retail, and public transit. Not only was the unit super clean, it was fully equipped with everything we could have needed including a washer and dryer, shower AND bath tub, walk-in closets, desk and chair, and all kitchen supplies like a blender, wine glasses, and pots and pans. With a balcony and sunset view, we didn't even have to leave the apartment to enjoy the city. The building door staff were friendly and the we felt safe and secure. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Thank you, Suite Home, for an incredible stay!

So glad we stayed at Suite Home Chicago Marquee at Block 37. Great location and so convenient to all of the things we wanted. The apartment was clean and comfortable. You had all of the cooking utensils for a rather snobby cook. Yeah. I can not think of any complaints. You cleaned the hallways and elevators. The rooftop was amazing.

I stayed at the Marque in 2 of their units over my time in Chicago, it was decorated lovely, and had everything I needed to make me feel at home. The staff at suite home were amazing to work with, (Matt is a superstar). I would recommend staying here as I had thee best experience ever.

Suite Home was an excellent place for my kids and I to stay while my husband was at Northwestern Hospital and Shirley Ryan Ability Lab recovery from covid. I couldn't have asked for a better place for us to live temporarily in another state. The staff were very helpful and caring. We had absolutely no issues while living there. The apartment was well furnished and we didn't have to bring much from our MI home. It was bittersweet leaving the beautiful city view we had!

We rented an apartment in the Loop for 5 weeks while we were renovating our apartment. After looking at airbnbs and other corporate housing options, we were so happy that we went with Suite Home Chicago. Their team is very communicative and the apartment was great (fully stocked, nicely furnished). It's nice to have real people on the other side of things, and not just bots and automated responses. Everything was super easy! Highly recommend!

Our stay at 505 N State street was very pleasant. The apartment staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the gals at the desk. Everyone at Suite Home were attentive to all our concerns. All in all a positive experience.

I totally enjoyed the 6 weeks I spent here. Staff was responsive, concierge was really courteous and the place was immaculate. Oh the the views were awesome. Loved it.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, which was nice. It was also extremely light filled. That could be great for some people, but for me, it was too bright, and there was no way to make it any darker. Because the pull down shades did not fit that well, I could actually see out the window from my bed, which didn't make me feel that private. The shades not making the room dark enough would keep me from staying there again. Secondly, there is a garage driveway on the street below that makes a loud beeping noise when cars are exiting to the street, to warn pedestrians a car is coming. The noise was loud enough to wake me before 6:30 am most mornings.

So happy I chose Suite Home for my housing needs. They were very accommodating to my every need. Response time with this team is excellent- even on weekends I would receive immediate response. Apartments were always well appointed and comfortable. A++!

Suite Home was very professional and accommodating for the multiple units we leased over the course of five months. They were quick to respond and resolve any questions and concerns we had. Will continue using them for future corporate housing!
