I had a great experience planning our vacation with Ivaline Joseph. Due to the volcanic activity on St. Vincent, we were unable to travel to St. Lucia. She had to completely replan our trip and suggested Antigua. Absolutely great choice! She added some personal touches along the way which told me she really listened during our many conversations. She kept in touch during our stay, just to make sure we knew of any changes to our excursions and to be of assistance if needed. If you are planning a Caribbean vacation, contact Ivaline. My Mother passed away and I had to travel to India
Travel hub took this as an opportunity and offered me a ticket with no check-in baggage which caused a lot of distress at the airport while coming back and I had to pay £100 at the airport to check in my baggage how do they expect someone to go with one piece of baggage and return with empty hands no baggage.

Another successful vacation getaway thanks to Cathy Brooks-Oliver at Travel Hub/Pro Travel. We were able to celebrate our anniversary at the Four Seasons Ko Olina with exceptional service, free room upgrade with and unmatched ocean view. We can't thank Cathy enough for her attention to detail including flowers and champagne in our room upon arrival, organizing our chauffeur transfers to and from the airports (both in SoCal and in Honolulu), and helping with dinner reservations (just to name a few). We have been utilizing Cathy for years and there is no better representative in the travel industry!!

I made a reservation for Saint Lucia for myself and my 12 year old daughter in Aug. I actually tried to make a reservation for Punta Cana with Stephen as well, but right before COVID started. He's helped me with so many options (especially with a kiddo) and ended up finding a great deal for both of us!!! So excited! Stephen is so helpful and very experienced!

Feb 8 & 9, 2020 Bangkok, Thailand. We were on a cruise ship and docked 1.5 hours away from Bangkok. The 4 of us booked a 2 day excursion thru Travel Hub Our tour guide's name was "Wat" and he was fantastic. His knowledge, sense of humour, his kindness, photography skill,easy going nature was so much appreciated by us. Our first day was Ayutthaya and Bang Pa in Summer Palace, Botanical Gardens, Wat Wan, Beautiful Temples. We decided to book a hotel for the night in the city so we did not have to drive 1.5 hours back to the boat on day one and get picked up in the morning from the boat. Day two was a visit to the Grand Palace, Wat Prah (Emerald Buddha, Wat Arun, a Long tail Boat, and the Market. We seen so much.

Where do I begin... Stephen has been so phenomenal and respectful from day one. Planning my grandmother 90th Birthday Celebration has been stress free and extremely easy on my part. It doesn’t matter where he is and how many questions I have he always there for me. Stephen has gone above and beyond his craft which keeps me amazed. He has kept his word and treated me and my guest with white glove service. Excellent service given by Stephen and I would recommend him to anyone.

Our experience was excellent. Stephen was very responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us pick a place to go when all we knew was that we wanted warm weather. He's been all over the Caribbean and Mexico and we knew his recommendations were based on personal experience. Our hotel gave us an upgrade to a fabulous room with the best view in the building. We felt well taken care of and secure in planning and experiencing our trip!

Stephen was extremely responsive for all of the questions, calls and emails I had regarding planning our (first ever) cruise. As a first timer, I had A LOT of questions to sort through. With his background, he was able to help us narrow down the hundreds of choices and to navigate all the options to find a suitable cruise that our family loved. We also received good value for the pricing. His firm also helps with airfare and hotels (optional and no pressure if he quotes and you decide to do it yourself). I did book a hotel in Buenos Aires for another trip and Stephen was able to provide extra perks such as free breakfast and a late checkout.

I highly recommend and would use ProTravel again in the future.

I contacted Travel Hub 365 because I was overwhelmed with all of the river cruise options out there. Working with Stephen has been excellent. He's very responsive and has put my mind at ease. It's great to have one point of contact I can go to for everything. I'm excited about the river cruise we've chosen for my mother/daughter trip and look forward to continuing the planning process with Stephen.
