I have used Sullivan's Hosting to host a Budget OpenVZ VPS since 2022. This server went down about 6 weeks ago. My service is fully paid for another year, but the company does not bother to recover it. I have opened 2 support tickets, they closed one and never responded to the second. I have also messaged them on Facebook, but they ignored me there as well.

I do not recommend doing business with them.

Had an amazing experience with Sullivans hosting. Very cheap vps and quick response from the support team!

I ordered a server a week ago.

Sullivan's Hosting took my money and never gave (deployed) the server I was charged for.

And Sullivan's Hosting is holding my credit card hostage on their site, to steal more of my money next month and every month after that.

I was basically robbed.

This is a Scam site.

Took my money but didnt give me anything in return.

Basically a scam.
The purchased server does not work at all, and there is absolutely no support, I have waited the whole month and nothing - absolutely no response.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

My universalsample.net VPS STILL DOES NOT WORK EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR IT!@! I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND TICKETS!!!! ABSURD!

The don't answer support tickets. My vps is offline since a week and they said is not their problem. Now they are not telling me nothing.

Sullivanshosting provided me with great support & service. Their VPS is high performance and I never experienced any issues with the servers whatsoever. They are very professional and their support is ultra-fast. Even during an unfortunate hardware failure, they provided early notice and was able to retain my services. Which I greatly appreciated.

Have been customer for over 3 months now, am very pleased with the service and intend to remain customer for years to come.

Service is stable, pricing is cheap, additional features are constantly improving-expanding and customer support is great.

Consistently the best customer and technical support with a bit delay reasponce of any company I've ever experienced, regardless of their shockingly low prices. I have used their services with no regrets. Thank you!!!

Signed up just a few days ago so I can't speak to customer service or technical support but the fact I needed neither speaks to how good the process is. Everything took all of five minutes and my VM was up and working with zero issues. Prices are competitive and from what I can tell, totally worth it.
Most Trustworthy place to be contacted. Five Star Services and to the point and useful guidance. Strongly recommend specially for the new ones.

Tyler is great to work with, and his hosted services are competitive in price and performance. You can start low and expand as you grow.

Nice hosting but i experience a problem that when I wanted to run virtual machines on a dedicated server it turned out that virtualization is disabled in the bios and I had to do a ticket to have this virtualization turned on, after that the prices are good

I love the service, they offer such great customer service it blew my mind. This is one of the best hosting providers I have come across and I am glad to be a consumer of their services. I had a small issue with connectivity and they resolved it for me super fast and gave me a follow up at every turn. Once again, just wonderful.
