Needed new trail boots & shoes, saw a good deal online (eBay) at Summits so called in to try b4 I buy.
Jo was really helpful, with good product knowledge & patient as I tried on what I thought would fit, but didn’t🥴
I did by a pair of Keen mid boots & North Face Hedgehog shoes, both are super comfy.
I’d been looking to replace my ageing waterproof jkt & trousers so tried on some jkts & really liked the Mountain Equipment Rupal and looked at the pants, both reduced in the sale.
After a bit of research I decided to buy & phones the shop where Jo arranged to order Saltoro pants in my size, which arrived in a day or so.
I tried the Rupal jkt & Saltoro pants on in the shop & was delighted with the fit, cut & quality
Delighted with my items, the service & price match....my pocket took a bit of a hammering, but they are items that will last.
No hassle & a pleasant buying experience, so much better that the big name retailers.
Go on support a local independent- I’ll be recommending Summits👍🏻
