Outstanding fit and quality. Following the brand for a couple of years.

I love my hoodie. It is perfect.

The highest quality clothing you can get and it’s only getting better. They clearly care meticulously about their manufacturing. My orders have all come with a personal touch in the form of a note with my name on, or a thank you letter. The rest of the packaging is amazing. I’ve been in contact with customer service a couple of times and I have experienced great care every time. A brilliant brand who continue to develop just when you think they can’t get any better.

Delivery was fast and the quality of the items is excellent! Added touch of a hand written note with discount off my next order was great too. Will be back to by more!

Great quality on hoodie purchased and quick delivery

Usually I am always happy with my purchases from SUMMIT and there has never been a problem. However this time i bought a pair of cargos and they were too small. This is was not the issue, the returning was the issue. I live in denmark so obvs we have to pay for our own deliver which is like £20 my cargos with the delivery to denmark was £45. I basically wasted £40 on delivery and it was such a hassle tryna return Because of all the little details and they didnt want to just send a return label which is cheaper and just make sure that the order comes back. I know is not their return policy to cover for international returns, however a lot of order brands have done it for me, specially if you are a consistent customer.

Worst Customer Experience
My son has purchased from Summit numerous times. He likes the clothes and quality, but had an issue when a parcel was stolen from outside his apartment.
Summit tried to wash their hands of the issue, stating it wasn't their fault or Royal Mails, who left the parcel propped against his front door.
Summit suggested he not get parcels delivered to his address if it is not safe, then went onto offer alternative clothing (as the original items he ordered where out of stock) be delivered to the same address.
As he never quoted a safe alternative place, the parcel should have been redelivered, not left outside his door.
It took numerous emails, and quoting from the Consumer Rights Act to get Summit to refund the purchase.
