The client paid almost 800 pounds and…

The client paid almost 800 pounds and they closed my account, keeping the money, saying it was fraud, where smaller amounts were transferred and there was no problem. I placed a larger order and they closed the account without explanation. And the lack of customer service. They don't respond to emails, and I only chat with a bot. The customer received the goods, and I was left without money or product, meaning I was 800 PLN in the back. No help whatsoever.Run away and don't use

Got a till that does not work

Got a till that does not work, and after many phone calls to SumUp BT EE, we had to call an electronic engineer round to sort the till. After 3 hrs his advice was, put it back in the box and send it back, as it will never work, so the opening of our new pub was difficult with no till, so we’re going somewhere else where you get good support.

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is very poor! They tell me that i must approve my account. But the button is not pressible. They told me ok, we will contact you by email shortly, 7 days already gone. So money is just holding in "My business account" where i cant do anything.

This type of verification bug is very rare and difficult to identify.
From what we've read, the problem appears to be related to a malfunction in the app.

In this case, we'd like to suggest a couple of general solutions to try to resolve the issue, but for a more detailed solution, we invite you to contact our costumer service team through our Support Center.

- Reinstall the app; errors may have accumulated during installation or during the failed update, preventing you from pressing the confirmation button.

- Update the operating system; some outdated versions of the system, whether you're using Android or iOS, can cause similar bugs in the app.

- Complete the verification on a different device; If the issue is solely related to your app and not the verification process itself, it could be a problem with an incompatible model or expired permissions.

As mentioned, if you try these general solutions and the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our support team and one of our agents will do their best to assist you.

Not bad for the first couple of years…

Not bad for the first couple of years but then slowly the machine becomes very slow and customers get edgy if its not quick.....Sum up trying to make you buy a new machine I guess......Software that slows payment confirmation, I am moving over to Twint more and more.

If you need the help on the phone, they just say sorry sorry nothing else
I just opened the bank account
I wish you never ever
They holding my money 5 to 6 days
Try to make it instant payment is not possible
I’m just gonna put one other Business I can and get away from SumUp banking
If you’re Business, stay away, don’t go nearby

Do not use this payment system

Do not use this payment system, I’ve had an awful experience when trying to get money that had been paid into my SumUp account, they take there % and when it comes to getting money from your account it’s very difficult, Would not recommend for Buisness use at all.
