Outstanding service. Ordered 3 Air Coolers late in the afternoon and Tom, who was extremely helpful was good to his word, as the units arrived by 11.00 am the very next morning!! Would definitely recommend as the units were also the best priced around.

Excellent Customer service
Here's an update. Sunbelt contacted me when they heard about my trouble with the unhelpful delivery driver and offered a 10% discount on the product which I gratefully accepted so excellent service from them
Sales service was excellent but delivery very poor. We are a couple in our 70s and the driver would not help us take the item off the pallet and then bring it through the front door. Not impressed with his attitude.

Delivery was fast and accurate. Free weather clock thingy however arrived smashed into a million pieces because it hadn't been packaged at all appropriately. Not that I really care, it was just some extra mess to clean up.
