The dehumidifier arrived the next day after ordering. It was well packaged and undamaged.
The product was on sale at a good price.

The AC is just great
The AC is just great, work very well, also the price I have paid was very good.
The only downside has been the communications about the delivery, that was basically zero. I had to call them and they told me "the item is going to be delivered today", likely my wife was at home.
Apart from this, I'm very, very happy with the product.

Would I recommend the company? Not sure!
Would like to recommend the company! But there was an issue with my order! The staff is not knowledgeable enough to deal with customers! Maybe a normal customer, but not with engineers!
When did ask for information about my ordered unit, was told that it comes with an infrared remote control as standard. Was surprised about that! Receiving unit of course did come with Hard wired controller! Did tray to order required control and was told by multiple staff members that my unit doesn't have that option! So was forced to find the required part from another supplier.
Sad, but they need to know what they sell!
I hope that the situation will change!

The slim duct unit that you ordered is a machine we are looking to offer more training to our staff on and i apologise with the control confusion. Having spoken to the member of staff who helped you there was a minor confusion over the controller and the concept of infra-red as opposed to hard wired control which has now been explained.
As an engineer im sure you can also appreciate that there are some questions that are asked of us, which require a more tactful answer as really they should be asked of the customers FGAS engineer for both a safety aspect and in hope preventing the diy fitter
Please rest assured we will offer further support to our staff on product knowledge for the ducting units and your feedback will be used to further the customer experience.
