Do not buy from this company I’ve been duped poor quality knit jumper not cable knit!!! what a disservice to the one shown on website. They need to be reported.
I wish I had looked at reviews first lesson learnt!

Their customer service is vile, I thought I had been scammed so I took it up with my bank. I then received the product and an email from the company telling me to cancel the refund. Which I was more than happy to do (and immediately did do) as I had received the product however they proceeded to threaten me with legal action and an extensive list of what they will do against me. They refused to reply to me so all of my emails came unanswered for months even though my emails were an apology and what we can do to resolve the situation.
Below average clothing which broke immediately the first time I wore it anyway.

Absolutely garbage. It does not deserved any star. I ordered an outfit that looks nothing like what they have on their website. Cheaply/poorly made. Missing button, defective clothing. Tried to return and they offer me 10% of what I paid for. And to ship back to china on my expense wouldve cost me $40. I spend $70 on a piece of garbage.

Do not shop here!
The clothing is of terrible quality. What I received is basically garbage and is nothing like the product images.

When I asked to return for a refund:
“I'm really sorry to hear that. This is not the service we aim to provide!

As a small business, we are not able to offer free returns. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer, as stated on our website.

However, if you do not wish to pay the return shipping costs, I can offer to refund you 10% of the purchase price without you having to return it to us.

Let me know what you think so we can process this right away.”

The cost to return the products to the seller is extremely high (overseas).

Do not shop here.

I WISH I looked at their reviews before ordering. Worst experience ever. They did not accept to return, nor do they even have a return label and they offered to give me back $10. The quality of clothing is literally unacceptable I will never wear them. I just want to get rid of them and they were way too expensive for pieces of cheap clothing. Also they took forever to deliver. Nothing was right.

I so wish my daughter had read these reviews - they are all true - getting an item returned is impossible. Clothes brought weren’t great either. Terrible experience.

I’ve never dealt with such blatant incompetence and disregard for customers. I ordered items that were never delivered, even though I provided the correct shipping address (which I’ve now confirmed multiple times with them). They took my money and refused to issue a refund or send the items I paid for.

What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability. After weeks of back and forth, I’ve had no resolution. The situation is so bad that I’m prepared to take legal action for their failure to fulfill a basic transaction.

Avoid this company at all costs! They’re not only unprofessional but also unethical in how they handle customers. If you want to deal with a company that will happily take your money and then ignore you, then sure—go ahead. Otherwise, steer clear!

I would not even give Sunday Affairs 1 star. Worst ever! Do not order. It is a scam. The dress I received was DREADFUL costing £48. The return was a painful experience, when they finally replied after weeks to my 20+emails. They have no intention of refunding. I spent a further £12 returning the item hoping that it would be ok. What an idiot I am. I will always check out reviews off the companies own web site, etc. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOT! They must be laughing their heads off whilst cheating us and making lots of money! DISGUSTING PEOPLE

SCAM ! The clothes are nothing like the photos and the worst quality ever and have to barter for a refund! Do not order!

I needed to return item and I asked for return address, I send several emails requesting return address,but Sunday Affairs No responding.

This company is a complete and utter scam! The quality of the dress I ordered is atrcious! I knew that I would have had to pay for the return shipping, but I was not informed before hand, that they were based in China, making the return painfully expensive. I contacted them and they refused to provide me with a refund and have ignored the rest of my emails. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to have your money stolen.

I placed an order nearly 5 weeks ago and had no email to say my order has been dispatched, no updates at all. After 2 weeks I asked where my order was and there reply was that it was dispatched and can take up to 12 days. When the 12 days were up I decided to read their trust pilot reviews and noticed how many other people where in a similar position and had to fight for a refund. So I decided to request a refund through my bank which they looked at all the evidence and gave back to me within 2 days. I then received an email today, 5 weeks after my original order threatening me with legal action. I payed for a service and didn’t receive my goods. Don’t use this company!!

Do not order it’s a scam. What I received compared to what was on the website and the pictures was completely different.
On the website is an airy linen fab dress what I received the cheapest satin poor quality dress. It’s just a scam everything in the website is fake the reviews and the return policy as they do not do free returns they just offer you 10% of the amount you paid and do not bother send it back to China where it’s coming from as you will just spend even more money to send it back and you will never get a refund.
I wish I had checked reviews on Google before ordering.

Horrible

Sunday affairs do not stand by their return and refund policy! They will give you a very hard time and will offer you 10-25% of a refund. And then they asked me for pictures of all the items purchased before they can issue anything. Horrible service !! DO NOT buy

Do not buy from this company. Huge scam. Took my money and did not send me the item for a month, barely responding. I filed a credit card claim and the item finally showed up and it was incorrect. They have taken pictures from other sights. Won't let me return the items and got a legal team involved calling me fraudulent. Won't respond to me at all as i have tried to resolve it. Horrible horrible company, never order from them.

The worst they lied to me do not order from this site, they are liars, they take money and do not initiate anything, no response when you contact them is a joke

This company are using images stolen from other sites to sell their product.
The items that arrive are poor quality and look nothing like what they're selling on their website.
Then if you want a refund you have to pay postage but they try and hide the fact on their website they are based in China so if you are like me and based in the UK you will be expected to pay +£17 to send back to them!

I do not recommend anyone orders from this company. I ordered a dress from this company under the impression that it was exactly how it was advertised. After learning that the dress being sold was in fact not the dress shown in the picture (the pictures were from another brand), I immediately contacted the company and my bank to cancel my order. The company took a while to respond, so during that time, my bank had refunded my money. Since then, I’ve received multiple emails from the company threatening to take legal action against me due to the chargeback. They’ve used being a “small business” as an excuse throughout this whole ordeal. So I reiterate, do not order from this company!

Absolutely a SCAM. The dress I ordered looked NOTHING like the pictures. Their pictures and videos are stolen from other sites. My dress was a knock off from house of CB. The tried to make me pay to send it back as well then refused to refund me when I wouldn’t.

Like many others, I wish I had looked up some reviews of this company before purchasing. I got fed a Pinterest ad and purchased a cotton poplin blouse. Immediately suspicious when the item was shipped from China even though the company is based in UK. Item was not the same as the photos and 100% polyester. Expensive return shipping back to China that they don’t cover and customer service tries to tell you they’re a “small business” which is why they won’t do anything helpful. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
