Te customer service staff were fine but…

The customer service staff were fine but online operations are terrible. Bots texted me about a sale that wasn't happening. The welcome discount code was sent without any indication that it didn't work with furniture. When trying to apply it the system told me I couldn't use it with a mother's day sale - a sale which ended weeks ago. Frustrating experience.

Unfortunate “resolution”

Unfortunately the item I ordered (and paid for) was then out to stock. When I was contacted I was only offered an exchange or site credit, however would have preferred a refund given that the item I wanted was out of stock after purchase. When I asked for site credit for the entire order as I had ordered matching shams to the duvet cover that were apparently still in stock I was told the order was already shipped and that I could request a return after receiving them. Then two days later I got a notification that the shams had shipped. Overall, not a great “solution” as I am now stuck with “site credit” and basically out of that money and now when the shams come in I have to go through a refund process and sending them back. Largely just messy, and if I didn’t feel obligated to use my now “site credit” I don’t think I’d purchase again.

We also completely understand why receiving the matching shams just added an extra layer of hassle when you no longer had the matching duvet cover to go with them.

A team manager will be contacting you directly via email very soon to take over your file, void that site credit, and issue a full refund to your original payment method, while ensuring the return process for the shams is handled as smoothly as possible.

Comforter Deteriorated within 5 Months; No Recourse Offered

While the customer service representative was very polite and kind, she was unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily. A $350 luxury comforter should not be coming apart within 5 months when all garment care instructions are followed religiously. The only remedy I was offered was a 25% discount code to buy more products that may or may not deteriorate rapidly. Because Sunday Citizen does not stand by their products, I will not be purchasing anymore merchandise.

Didn’t ship my comforter I ordered and I had to reach out and they said they didn’t have that color in stock. They charged me and never reached out after I placed my order and played it off like they shipped it but never did.

NO STARS! Here is my order#: #SUND322883
THE WORST RETURN procedure I have EVER encountered, and so far, customer service, too! I am still waiting response from your BOT CHAT, not even a real person! After going through your on-line return procedreried to retun my purchase today to UPS store YOU listed, however, UPS store said I needed to give them a QR code. Did not see anywhere where I needed to get a QR Code while processing my return, just a list of local UPS store to take my return to. Saving "carbon footprint", lol!? VERY upset. Please resolve ASAP.

Did not get my question answered

I received a response, but still did not get my question answered. I want to know why the order that I placed on May 8 is still showing Unfulfilled? I have placed several orders in the past and those orders have never taken a week to fulfill. Is the product available? And once fulfilled, I still have to wait on shipping. Order was placed and was not delivered…

Order was placed and was not delivered in time allotted per website. Over 10 days from when order was placed. I sent in an email and got an AI generated response. Totally disappointing. I spend over $700 for a birthday gift for my daughter. I had no explanation why order wasn’t fulfilled. Not acceptable.
