The wrong size was sent when I purchased a pair of shoes, spoke to "customer service" and they denied they did and said that was the size I ordered. They wanted £40 handling costs to ship back as it apparently wasn't their error (even though it was and I showed them proof) but they wouldn't have it at all. It's some of the worst customer service I have ever had, I don't usually write reviews but I had to for my experience.
I bought a lite blue Sun Day Red cap and wore it two times. The coloring turned white at the brim and stain stick and the washing machine did not help at all. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures but they said that sweat stains are not covered. Thanks for nothing!
Their customer service are liars. They sent my hubby a pullover that was labeled xl but the inside tag said was a lg. He called the company and they sent him a return label. said to take the item to FedEx and they would overnight the correct size once they received the item. Well i had to pay for a box to return the item via FedEx. I sent it back on Saturday- they received it Wednesday. i called to see where my husbands pullover was and they never returned my call- i was on hold and they have the option to call you back- they never did. Finally got his correct pullover a week later. They sent me via email a 15% off coupon for our next purchase. The clothes are top quality- you get what you are paying for- but their CS is not good!
Ordered a golf glove. When I got the package and opened it, there was the shipping document, and a card welcoming to Sun Day Red. But there was no glove.
