Scam or not?
I have always used this currency exchange service. There were no problems. However, I encountered issues with my last transaction. I exchanged TRC20. The transaction has been listed as successful on the blockchain for a day now, but I still haven't received the money. At first, customer support responded, albeit very slowly, taking up to two hours. They claim there are problems on the side of the bank that is supposed to send me the money. But this is a lie, because I use this bank myself, and there are no problems with transfers and remittances at the moment, and there never have been. This bank has never delayed transactions for more than a day. Then the exchange's support team stopped responding at all. There is also complete silence and ignorance regarding my request for a refund to my wallet. Although the chat says that the consultant is online, my messages are completely ignored.
