SCAM, AVOID

Do not buy from this business.
I bought a game via social media 4 weeks ago, received an email confirming the order and immediate payment taken but 4 weeks later and despite emails chasing nothing has been delivered.
They refer you to an App called Shop to track your order but it does not give any information.
Scam firm, avoid!!

Scam company

Order and paid for the item , 3 months still no delivery , the tracking information states the item has been returned to sender .
This company have ignored all correspondence, please don't buy , this is a scam , stealing our money!

Utterly useless

Utterly useless. Sent the wrong colour and a poor quality product. Returns require you to pay the postage to China so effectively impossible to return

What a shame I even have to give one star. Absolute scam please please don’t use this company.
Refund? What refund. 24 hr customer support - nope. Utter utter rubbish and a complete disgrace. Buyer beware as no one is able to regulate these cowboys

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Products are absolutely terrible wouldn’t even pay a pound for them. I’ve asked for a refund on my substandard product and not heard anything back. Absolute scam site Chinese company too.
