Can I give zero star review

Can I give zero star review?
The sandals I received were not anything like the picture and the straps were way too huge to keep my narrow foot in place. They first offered me $8 , now up to $15 to try to settle my complaint. All I want is to return the sandals for full refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bad!!!
Trousers were too small however they asked that I return to them in CHINA at my own cost. Take my advice and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Stay away from this Chinese supplier

Bought qty2 mini wifi cameras, advertised with motion sensing/remote alert functions and 1080p video quality. The advert also stated the iPhone App was Little Stars.

Firstly, the quality of video was appalling, certainly not 1080p, anything over 1 metre away was blurred. The documentation that came with the camera gave a scan code to download the App, this came up as v99 Cam, upon checking App Store there is no Little Stars app for a camera, so I checked out the reviews for v99 Cam (1.4 out of 5 but many reviewers would have given it a minus if they could).

I contacted the supplier only to be told if I wanted a refund, I was liable for return shipping to China, not UK as I had thought. The following is an extract from their refund policy, regardless that they had misrepresented the advert:

SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I would certainly stay away from this Chinese supplier, fortunately when I put my case to PayPal, they found in my favour and gave me a full refund.

I'll fitting clothes of a poor quality

I received my goods in good time delivered by evi a subsidiary of hermes.
They were so low waisted as to be indecent .The pants were labelled large but would fit a size 8/10 and although sewn well the material was not good quality.
I emailed that I wanted to return them as they were not fit for purpose they said I had to post them to China and would get a full refund , or if post too expensive I could keep them and they would refund 30% of price .As they have a UK base Web site I have requested to return them to their Manchester base and have a full refund .I am awaiting reply and will give full update laterite is now the 20th April 2023 , the company have given me a full refund and have not requested the trousers back .I will donate them.
In this matter the company have been fair with me , however I now realise that this is a Chinese based company and it is expensive to return items all that way .if I could have returned them to their sister company at Manchester UK I would have dealt with them again but thankyou for your gesture of goodwill.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from these people it’s a scam I ordered a nail clipper set but all I received was a nail clipper not set !! I contacted several times all they reply is the tracking information and now they have blocked me from contacting them I have opened a dispute with PayPal and reported the page to Facebook so do not buy from them

Beware of suneveryday.

I ordered a microwave egg poacher 12 days ago, it has not arrived. I have emailed suneveryday 3 times about non delivery, and 3 times i have had a very dodgy shipping company reply stating that non delivery is due to a £1,67 owing for the delivery cost, The full amount was paid at the time of purchase. Since dealing with this company i have been receiving a lot of unwanted junk mail.

I purchased a hand held vaccume cleaner for the car . Used it once made a noise as if the fins on the fan were breaking then the 12volt plug and cable started getting hot . Emailed over a week ago still no reply . Do not buy anything from this company

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my order from this company [2 x pedicure tools]
I bought the products for gifts and the boxes were packed for delivery in flimsy thin plastic packing envelopes - this meant that all of the box packaging was crushed and battered when it was delivered [the boxes are in a real state, crushed beyond recovery]
I am not looking forward to giving out my Christmas presents on Christmas Day, with an apology for the appalling state of the packaging [it will certainly take the shine of the gifts].

Doesn't answer my emails.

This company doesn't co operate with its customers I ordered via Facebook some of there screw bits on 5th April this year its now 4th May 2022 no sign of the bits or of getting my money back, this company stinks, about time Facebook did something about them they are rubbish. It is now 17th July 2022 ,I still have not received the drill bits,nor were they delivered to anyone I mean anyone else, I also went through trying to trace the order through royal mail and courier service but I still haven't received the drill bits, this is great, considering I stopped the order 5days before they say they were shipped. This just gets better, On 7th June 2022 I received a email from Suneveryday from a person named Durian offering me a full refund on my order, which I accepted. Between then and today 17th July 2022 I have received absolutely No refund via my bank, and after sending them repeated emails concerning this subject all I was told to do was what I already done in June. Who ever owns or runs this company must be a millionaire by now on not refunding people what they are owed by following their Terms and Conditions. You Sir really take your clients for a ride. This company should not be allowed to get away with this absolutely dreadful way they treat their customers. Since April this year I have been trying to get a refund out of them even though I cancelled the order 5 days before they said they dispatched it. I also have an email from them agreeing to refund me in full to date even after emails and more emails they still as of 19th August 22 have Not made the refund, they have tried every trick in the book not to pay the refund. Don't use them under any circumstances.
