Shocking customer service. Been repeatedly chasing delivery of an order and no-one responds. Finally received an automated reply asking for a photo of the item that is missing???
Absolutely horrendous customer service I will never use them again

This company should be shutdown. Ordered Halloween mask. What I received was nothing like advertised, really bad quality. Complete waste of £35.

Just so everyone on this TRUSTPILOT site can see, I am taking Facebook to COURT for knowingly aiding and abetting scam companies operating fake / scam retailers such as "SUN EVERY DAY".

This particular 'brand' is supposedly owned by a UK registered company called "Labubu Ltd", and supposedly based in London (according to Companies House). But its original incorporation documents show that the director is not based in the UK at all, but in (yes you guessed it) CHINA. Someone called "Yeuping Song".

So I also want to know... WHY is Companies House listing this scam company at all? And why hasn't ONE British Member of Parliament even acknowledged my letter a week ago pointing out all of this CRIMINAL activity being aided and abetted by Facebook, and with Facebook PROFITING from these crimes?

Be angry folks. Write to your MP today and DEMAND that they start dealing with Facebook's monstrous intransigence, with Companies House's TOTAL failure to perform adequate checks on companies before listing them, and to insist that the enormous profits being made by Facebook be halted once and for all.

Play table tennis anywhere with this set, the advert showed bats, balls, a net and a bag to keep it all in. What did l receive, A NET, YES JUST A NET.!!!!! Numerous e mails sent but they won't send be the rest of The Set. Don't deal with this company.

It is impossible to make enquiry be e mail. They send email that cannot be replied to although they say "Type above this line" .This doesnt work. They must be making A lot of money by not fulfilling orders. Their ads appear on Instagram. STAY AWAY.

Ordered and paid for 7 May 2020 - received email as confirmation. Received approximately 19 May - email saying it's on the way. Returned to address given on website i.e. Manchester, England M3 1LG for refund on 11 June 2020. Chased for refund 10 July and received an email asking me to return it to China! This is a SCAM and I am now out of pocket for about £30.
No doubt they will email me asking for my bank details so they can do a refund - WHICH THEY WON'T BE GETTING

This company has taken my money for a bag, I’ve never received. I’ve made contact with them several times giving them screenshot of there confirmation and order number. Terrible service it’s a scam. I wished I had checked them out before buying. Worrying positive comments on face book, this needs looking at.

Scammers !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! They take your money and you get nothing from them ! How they can keep getting away with this beats me ! I have reported them to trade and standards

Don't use this company if you want your goods to be delivered or a refund. I have waited weeks and weeks for goods that still haven't arrived and they have refused a refund!!! They are a disgrace!!!

If I could put a minus for this review I would! Shocking quality, will never ever purchase from them again. Didn't see any sign this wax from China....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Also...on Facebook the reviews look really good which is how I got sucked in to purchase from them. Please dont waste your money!

I ordered a top from this company which took weeks to arrive. It was nothing like the advertisement it was made with poor quality material and also had a dirty mark on the sleeve. The company would not respond to my complaint, after involving PayPal I managed to get a 70% discount.

I ordered a pair of men’s shorts on the 9th May. They arrived today 6 June. Total cost £31.99.
I could not believe the terrible quality of material used and design , absolutely nothing like the photograph ! In normal trading times I could have purchased a far superior quality of shorts in Primark for £5!!
I will be claiming a full refund from my credit card company as judging by all the horrendous reviews I will not get anywhere with this sham of a company. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I ordered the 2in1 pressure washer. Absolutely nothing like the video, I could wee faster with more pressure. I emailed the company twice and then used their complaints form on their website, all I got was an automated response.
The company should be shut down looking at all the other reviews. VERY BAD.

Item (clothing) took many weeks to come..and when came was nothing like the picture. Material is also Poor quality

This company should not be trading, I have been in contact for 2 weeks now having received an item totally different to the description and photo on Facebook, it was a Domon weed mowe with 4 attachments priced £41.99, what I actually got was a 6” wheel to attach to a strummer, which I could have purchased anywhere for £10-15, the company do not accept returns, and will not admit they shipped the wrong item, total scammers

I have an order from beginning of April and still haven't received it or any other information just the same message about order 😔

Like all the other reviews. I ordered and paid online 3 weeks agobut still not delivered and no response to my emails. They send an email saying the item has been despatched with a tracking number but when you try and track it, it doesn’t exist

My wife ordered a blouse at a cost of £25. It "looked good" on facebook. In reality it is a poor fit and of poor manufacturing quality so she asked to return it and get a refund. She was sent an address of a factory in Jiangsu province, China, with instructions to return it herself at her cost, following confirmed receipt of which she would get a refund less their shipping cost. As observed by a previous reviewer this company is a UK front for a Chinese factory. She was then offered a 35% refund if she wished to keep the item. It is not clear what value the 35% would reference but she tells me she wouldn't be seen dead in it! Stick to eBay or Amazon.
I have since discovered that the Chinese government subsidises exporters' shipping costs to the tune of 95%. No other country does this, to the best of my knowledge, certainly not the UK. It would have cost £14-ish to return the pesky blouse!!! Avoid China. It uses unfair trading practices.
