Reliable delivery, good product
Delivery was reliable and product exactly as promised. I liked the fact that you could follow the delivery process via the UPS website. However, I was shocked to see the lengthy route my glasses took before reaching their destination (three different countries) - is there no greener way to do this?

Deliver and all good, customer service disappointing
I ordered three sunglasses couple of weeks ago. Everything else went well, the deliver came on time and the sunglasses were perfect, but I was really disappointed with the customer service. They made me feel stupid when I asked for the discount that I didn’t get because of the lousy design of their website (you need to push the “count” -button for getting the discount, just writing the code to the field is not enough). The discount was for new customers so I thought that I would get the discount just by sending them email and they could check from their system that I was a new customer. But no, they could not. Instead, they told me that I didn’t know how to use their website, as if it was my fault that it was so badly designed. And they told me to send them the number again (which at that point I didn’t have anymore). Eventually I got the discount by ordering the discount code again from their website. Without this episode I would have highly recommended this web store.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy about our customer service. We have certain procedures, which take place when things like these happen. This is why we need to ask customer which code she's been trying to use, so we would be able to refund the correct amount back to the customer. We have several codes in use and this is why we were trying to find out which one you were trying to use in your order.
Most online checkouts have similar system in use, where you need to write your discount code and press "add discount" button to see the amount of your discount and at the same time to add it to your order.
However the discount got refunded to you in the end. We apologize if our procedures caused you any harm in between.

Quick delivery and cheap price
With the first buy discount the sunglasses i bought were 65% cheaper than on my local optician store. Free delivery took 5 days with Royal Mail to Finland so it's was a really good deal!

not positive as I have not received the money of returned ski goggles
Ordered Oakley ski goggles were too narrow to my face even those were described to fit mid-wide face. Due to this I had to return the goggles and it was surprise that I had to pay the return costs.
New ski goggles was ordered immediately from you, but until today I have not received the money of returned ski goggles.
Thus, I do not expect that I personally will not use your services in future neither recommend that to any one.
