On their homepage Sunglasses shop Suomi have ”forgot” to mention that the orders are sent from Great Britain, which means you have to pay taxes and other fees to get your package through the customs.... See more

All my expectations were met. Easy to shop, good selection of brands. Product descriptions and details were clear. Delivery took couple of days which was ok with tracking info.

Shopping elsewhere would be just wasting your money.

I found a pair of Serengeti Granada in a local Shop for 299€.
So I did not have to think twice when the very same was here for nearly a half price. All I had to do was to wait a week.
Patiently I followed-up the progress of the UPS delivery, which eventually took place as scheduled.
I am very happy with my new shades and can warmly recommend the company to everyone.

Got the glasses I was after. Price was ok and with fast delivery. I can recommend worked better than eBay ;)

Online-shopping from hell.

My story with Sunglasses Shop, shortly:
I ordered Ray-Ban frames with prescription lenses. First, they took the reservation from my credit card account twice. Secondly, when I received the glasses I noticed that the nose cushions were bent outwards, almost close to the lenses. I went to the local optician (big mistake...) for to get the nose cushions straightened. My optician discovered immediately that the lenses were scratched. So, I returned the glasses to Sunglasses Shop after discussing with local finnish customer service staff. Now I received the message that the scratches have to be created by me, or other words, it's impossible that the Sunglasses Shop would have sent me a faulty product. And that they can’t send me new frames because I went to the local optician to get the cushions to the right angle. Moreover, they said that now also the frames were scratched (which they were absolutely not when I returned them). And finally, they refused to pay back my return expenses because they see that the damages with the glasses have to be incurred by me.
Quite an unbelievable story, but unfortunately true. Can't recommend this company to anyone, in any circumstances.

Ensinnäkin, haluamme vilpittömästi pahoitella ja pyytää anteeksi naarmuuntuneina saapuneita linssejä. On täysin mahdollista, että näin on päässyt kuljetuksen aikana käymään. Olemme kuitenkin luvanneet tehdä sinulle veloituksetta uudet linssit. Sitä et palautteessasi maininnut.

Olemme tehneet päätöksen olla korvaamatta kehyksiä, koska ei ole noussut esiin tekijöitä, jotka puoltaisivat sitä, että olisit saanut lasit siinä kunnossa, jossa palautit ne meille. Lisäksi ottaen huomioon, että veit lasit ulkopuolisen optikon korjattavaksi, näyttää ilmeiseltä, että vahinko on tapahtunut tänä aikana, eivätkä kehykset tämän vuoksi lukeudu tilaus- ja toimitusehtojemme mukaisten korvattavien tuotteiden piiriin.

Jos olisit informoinut meitä välittömästi lasit saatuasi, ettei niiden kunto täytä uuden tuotteen kriteerejä, ei olisi ollut mitään syytä epäillä kertomuksesi todenperäisyyttä. Valitettavasti et näin toiminut, vaan veit lasit kolmannen osapuolen käsittelyyn, jolloin meidän on mahdotonta saada varmuutta siitä, mitä prosessin missäkin vaiheessa on tapahtunut. Valitettavasti tästä syystä emme myöskään voi hyvittää palautuksesta aiheutuneita postikuluja.

Kuitenkin, kuten jo aiemmin sähköpostitse kerroimme, hyväntahtoisena eleenä korvaamme uudet linssit ilman lisäkustannuksia ja postitamme ne omaan laskuumme. Nähdäksemme kyseessä on reilu kädenojennus edellä mainitut seikat huomioon ottaen ja olet itse aiemmin ilmaissut hyväksyntäsi tälle tarjoukselle.

Pyydämme nöyrästi anteeksi tästä tapauksesta aiheutuvaa epäluottamusta yritystämme kohtaan ja toivomme, että saat uudet linssit mahdollisimman pian.

Great experience!

I was really pleasantly surprised how easy and fast the delivery was. Definitely going to use Sunglasses Shop again and also recommend this to my friends. Also prices were competitive.
