Sorry to hear there was an extra weeks delay in you receiving the order. Unfortunately we were delayed in receiving the items from the supplier and we can only apologise for that.
The outer box is usually quite sturdy cardboard and is designed to take knocks and scrapes during transit to protect the good inside. Glad to hear this was the only thing you thought was below standard and the sunglasses themselves are fine.
