Excellent service and communication
I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a reduced price (having applied a promotional code) on a bank holiday weekend and they were delivered within a week.
Unfortunately the wrong pair appeared to have been picked from the warehouse/store so I telephoned the number on the delivery note and explained the situation. The lady I spoke to immediately emailed me a paid returns post label and I used the original packaging.
Three days later I was emailed that the package had arrived there and the new sunglasses were with me next day. I appreciate mistakes get made and whilst I had to wait an extra week for my purchase the error was handled efficiently and rectified to my satisfaction.
Real phone number, real people and a genuine apology.

Goods Returns Policy
The Seregetti glasses I bought for my wife's birthday were top quality however my choice was never going to be of the same quality and I had to send them back.
The communication was good and the money was back in my account within three days of posting back the glasses.
Very happy with the whole process and would definitely use again (only for myself next time)
