Worst service I have ever Seen
Worst service I have ever Seen in 10years! Be ready to discuss with people who won't help you at all! Postman ask me to pay 70€ of taxe ( what I of course declined, as written nowhere during the whole order process!) . When asking them for a refund they told me that they will refund me only 130 instead of 200, because of the taxes! Yes you read it well, a Real Shame. It's seems to be my fault they said! As Customer it seems normal to have to check the policies on the website that are hidden in Small characters in ''Mentions legales'' ! Important to mention that I order on their FRENCH WEBSITE, .FR, written in French ( so I shouldn't have to pay taxes as France is in Europe). But in the end, it's send from UK ( sounds normal right?).
So finally, I paid 260€ for a 200€ sunglasses.
Small Tips: Buy Somewhere Else, they will take your money and won't help you!

Really happy with the delivery, 3 working days from the UK to France, via Royal Mail then La Poste. Item was packed well and sealed with security sealed tape. Very pleased with my sunglasses, genuine article and the best price I found online. I not only chose these for the price but for the option of free returns/exchanges if needed. Recommended.

Delivery time not met
I ordered my sunglasses two weeks ago and they have not yet arrived a fortnight later. This email arrived a week ago so I assume they expected me to have received my order.
