I have multiple life insurance with…

I have multiple life insurance with yourselves and after taking out this one, I received a letter saying I would not be receiving my welcome gift of a gift card as I have multiple policies ??
This was not communicated with myself or others may I add in the advertising or application form before proceeding ? There are multiple other companies that are offering similar incentives, so why is this now being done without any knowledge ?? 🤔 you have stated that it is in the "terms and conditions ", but I have read them and cannot see this mentioned anywhere ?
I will be cancelling this new policy , as I dont think this is fair, but will continue to pay for the other policies that I have, not happy customer 😉

My late mum took out her life insurance…

My late mum took out her life insurance with you and after her passing sunlife made everything easy and once they received the relevant information they paid the insurance out and they were very sympathetic

Hassle Free Quote

Called Sunlife Insurance for a quote on life insurance. Gareth was very thorough but managed to explain it all to me in simple terms. He was professional but friendly too and set it all up in no time at all. Knew it had to be done and was dreading a lengthy phone call but that was not the case.

Sort your house out Sunlife!

Wow why do you need the customer to go through a series of questions to press this now press this really? This is 2026 sort out your house you must be able to make it easier for your customers!
Anyway the reason for my call was to make a missed payment I finally get through after the interrogation to be told we can't take payments over the phone really so the customer has to do all the work really guys get your house in order try to be more proactive!
